Great place to walk - winding sidewalk and a cool looking "Learning Trail".

Great option to stop on a road trip with kids! We came here in 2020 on a cross-country road trip and our kids had a great time. In 2023, we stopped in again and found that the playground had been completely renovated. Tons of fun stuff for the kids. They got to stretch their legs and get a break from sitting in the car. In addition, there are good hotel and food options close by near the freeway in Sidney. Will stop here anytime we’re traveling along I-80 through Nebraska.

The park has been beautifully updated with great things for children up to about age 12. I say this because I did notice the older kids being more destructive rather than playful with the equipment. Great place to bring the youngins to run out energy. I also love how they included instruments to do sounds with bells and drums. There are restrooms nearby and benches throughout and some picnic tables.

Beautiful park in Sidney, we were there selling my Native American Artwork and my custom designed charcuterie boards.

Tour Of Honor site for 2017 and 2023. Roads near the memorial need attention badly.

What a beautiful little park. The children's area is amazing, the war memorial is quiet, and the memorial garden is my favorite place to go and watch the butterflies and listen to the bees.

Amazing upgrades since I was last there!! Only issue, parents not correcting their older children who are climbing on the equipment improperly. It is dangerous, and they are setting a bad example for younger children. This was an expensive addition to have disrespectful kids tear this up from improper use. Police patrols may negate this.

Well maintained park with shade and picnic tables. A great playground for kids. The only negative about the Town is the ride between 80 and the tracks. Fast food heaven. Looks like so many stroads in the States. You have an historic old town and the approach is a killer.
