Nice quit test center. The attitude of the check-in lady was not so great. The mouse of the computer doesn't work. Had to click 3 to 10 times to work. The mouse problem probably costed me 10 minutes of my total time.

Just OK. Helpful and friendly staff. Room and computers are good but it was a little crowded. There was 6 people in a small room, the lady next to me typed continuously on her keyboard. It was hard for me to focus...

This is an update; The place is great and quite, I believe the team are working on their customer service skills, which is great. Will give them 4 starts for right now until the next test.
