One of the better brunch spots in the city, make sure you make reservations because this place gets packed! The vibe inside is great and the service is spot on. Would recommend starting off with a dip before you choose a brunch item. The shakshuka was delicious and would get it again. Looking forward to my next time since there are a few other dishes I’d like to try out!
Decent brunch spot but can get crowded. Definitely get any of the dips and fries - I ordered the Lahmajoun which was their beef pie - tasty. This is just my preference, but I wish they had more protein options or allowed you ti add chicken to some of the dishes. The olive oil cake could have been more moist - had more of a banana bread consistency.
While the flavors here are undeniably fantastic, there's room for improvement in terms of portion sizes. Paying $11 for a small plate of hummus felt a bit disappointing, especially when dining with a group. It might not be the best choice for a larger party looking to share dishes due to the relatively small portions in relation to the cost. However, the quality of service and the charming ambiance truly stood out, making it a worthwhile experience overall. P.S Zattar Fries and Chicken Kebab stole the show, definitely try those out!
Had some of the best Mediterranean food here. Very clean presentation, nothing too overly done. The dishes were full of flavours even the kebabs were marinated & bbq’d to perfection. The ambience was quite chill and the servers were very attentive. Definitely coming back on our next NYC trip!
We went during lunch on a weekday and were able to get a seat without reservation. Food was very good all around. Never had fried halloumi cheese before and it was very tasty in their fattoush salad 😋 the mushrooms in their dishes were grilled nicely and the spices fit well with their dishes. Food feels healthy and not greasy and I feel like I can eat many dishes here without feeling like it's boring or too much of the one thing. Service staff is friendly and can recommend you dishes, and the atmosphere is very nice. They have a room in the back where the wallpaper were all plants and feels like a sunroom since the roof lets in a lot of light.
I am a big fan of this place! The food tastes so authentic to parts of Middle East and transports me to my childhood. I always seem to order the Chicken Shawarma but everything I have tasted has been delicious. The friendly staff and ambiance are also top-notch and I always leave happy. I’ve eaten here several times and I highly recommend this spot if you are in the area.
Reservations recommended. This place was bustling for lunch. They have a nice closed patio seating in the back. Our favorite was the halloumi but everything we ordered was delicious - falafel, pistachio dip , shakshuka scramble, the egg sandwich and the teas.
first time having mediterranean food, and am glad it was at shuka! ordered some popular menu items: pistachio dip, scrambled shuka, and the chicken shawarma. everything was delish! definitely a hearty type of meal and was super fulfilling. would definitely want to come back for dinner! highly recommend making a resy here for the weekends, it gets soo busy and packed and wait times seem long too! we had a resy and still waited 15 mins to get seated :(.
As their site states, there is something for everyone here! We were greeted with warm and fresh falafel samples as we pondered the menu. Friendly service, well prepared and fresh food made for an excellent meal. If you are in the mood for shawarma lo
So I've walked by this establishment many times over the last two years and have always wanted to try it. Today was the day! If you're a lover of Mediterranean style food, this is one of the nicest and fanciest restaurants in New York City for that t
It is amazing that each dish is delicious and gives us a chance to explore the unique Israeli cuisine. Before dining in Miriam, I had very little idea about what is Israeli cuisine. Now I am so excited about trying all dishes Miriam can offer. I donâ

Food is fresh and tasty, with so many options. But I eat here often because of the service experience, mainly because of TEE. She is always smiling, and she makes your food with LOVE. The whole crew is very professional. They move the line very fast
Back in Alta after 2 years and a pandemic. It was still outstanding in every way. The place hides a gallery of seating in a big space through a bar and behind an almost hidden entrance. Itâs tapas â donât expect huge portions. You are in th
We recently found this spot and my husband and I are huge fans. Good food with multiple options and tasty flavors. Love that the toppings are unlimited and they all taste soooo good. I get the pita sandwich with falafel and add almost all the topping

We had a wonderful experience overall, I would give this spot solid 4.7âï¸ We went for lunch. Food was exceptional and great value for price-quality-size. Very polite staff. A bit of a European-family vibe in terms of service - but I do like it
The last time I've been there close to 6 years ago. First of all I'm glad to see that they are still around. The Food is Delicious. By far, this place have 1 of the best food in the city in The fast tood category. Lots of sitting place they offer
Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!
Great, fantastic experience. My girlfriend and I came here for the first time during a trip to NYC and it's so great. The location at night in the winter at night was a bit unfamiliar but it's on a main street and near a subway entrance so that's a t

Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
Out of all of the Georgian restaurants Iâve been to in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mealz is the one that exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, not to mention the service was amazing. Overall, the environment was very comforting and friendly

One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
