Great seafood place. The have fried, steam, broiled & blackened. They offer take out, dine in & pick up. There is a variety of seafood dishes at a reasonable price. They do serve mixed drinks.
I need the general manager number along with corporate. The manager hung up on me when I was complaining about my service and portion sizes of a fish and shrimp meal. Check photos to see what you receive for 46.+ dollars. How professional must you act with the public? There is a better recourse than hanging up on a customer who is upset about the establishment you manage. John the manager on duty tonight gets a 0 in customer service and etiquette cause he didn’t have better training.
I've been here before and had better experiences in the past.
This last time, flounder was too greasy for my taste. The potatoes were tasty, but also saturated with butter, in case you like that.
The cole slaw was really good! And I love the hush puppies and corn fritter.
I may give this one more try, but I'll be done if fish isn't served without so much oil next time.
They have great service, BTW!
Not busy at all. The mermaid water has almost no alcohol in it even though the menu says it has 3 different kinds. The shrimp cocktail says it's enough for 2 but only has 10 shrimp. And the bowl of seafood gumbo with rice has just a few tiny pieces of shrimp in it and that's it. Not filling at all. Even for those in a strict diet. And very expensive. Those 3 items were $47 before tip
We were very pleasantly surprised! I’ve been to a few Shrimp Baskets, and they’re hit and miss. Walking into this one, I was a bit skeptical. But we have zero complaints! Our server John was very attentive and friendly, and he went and got answers from the kitchen for us because I won’t eat flour battered oysters and wanted to know about the fried green tomatoes too. We ordered a pound of fried shrimp (the picture is of the half we had not eaten yet lol) and an oyster basket. Both orders were really good, as were the sauces! Another friendly team member brought us some extra sauce while John greeted a new table. Drinks stayed full. Price was reasonable. Glad we ate there and would again!
I came into shrimp basket for the first time ever and had a great experience .! My server was Tonie and she made sure to go out of her way to give me a great first time experience.! She even went over the appetizers with me and was very patient while I deciding on what I wanted .! Kept my drink refilled and all my needs met . Will be visiting again very soon.
I ordered bass with mango salsa. Sam our waitress who was also manager brought me the fish but said they were out of mango salsa and instead brought me this disgusting brown like sauce. I mentioned to her that I would have ordered something else had I known they were out of mango salsa. Instead she made that decision for me. She didn’t give me half off or offer a gift card. After I complained that she should have told me that they were out of mango salsa( The Who reason I wanted the dish) she offered to cook me something different. By this time everyone else was half way thru their dinner.
The also had no oysters. It was a an extremely disappointing meal. Again, she should have told me they were out and I would have ordered something different. She made the decision to serve me despite that fact.
Update:
The managers treated us to the shrimp tacos with mango salsa today and they were excellent. The manager in training is having more training and the main managers were extremely nice.
The food was pretty good but my Pina colada tasted like a slushy. I also ordered double seafood but compared to my husband who also ordered double seafood, i didn't see the value in mine. The crab cakes were super good though
This was my first time stopping by this food truck. To often when someone advertises New Orleans style anything I am often disappointed. NOT this time! I felt like I was back home in New Orleans. The bread was what I was used to from New Orleans cri
As a self-proclaimed foodie seeking the best eats in Pensacola, I was thrilled to discover Shannon's Seafood Kitchen. This modest spot serves up fresh, delicious seafood at wallet-friendly prices.

This is a great place for seafood. The service was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. I ordered the Fried Gumbo Salad and it was LOADED with seafood â essentially a fried seafood platter over a salad (fried oysters, shrimp, crawfish, and okra)

Wife and I stopped here for lunch today, we both had the shrimp po boy and we asked for oar sauce to put on it. Sandwich was fantastic little heavy in bread in our opinion but alot of shrimp and slaw and light breading on the shrimp. We also got a

Always yummy.
You pick your seafood selection and seasoning. Also, level of spicy. They put it in bag, server shakes it up at your table.
One of my favorite places to eat.
Definitely need lots of napkins and wear the bin unless you want greasy shir
Our group of 5 stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained, and bathrooms were also clean. We were seated quickly, and the service was prompt and friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner and was hot, well cooked
Amazing little food truck! You can really taste the love and thought that went into everything. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair for the portion size and the hand cut fries are awesome. Definitely recommend trying the
I cannot say enough good things about this community! My family recently relocated permanently to Pensacola and had researched a lot of different communities to live in until we could purchase land and build our new home. We finally decided on the Po

Literally the best chips & queso Iâve ever eaten in my 34 years on this planet. I didnât think I could love anyoneâs queso more than that from Tacos Mexicanos, and I was pleasantly surprised. I have since decided to break up with them (sorry ba
This place was a gem my husband suggested we go. It's on the side of a gas station. The shawarma tasted incredible. We initially ordered a falafel wrap and were so impressed with the taste that we ordered a second shawarma- the classic shawarma as th
Great time watching the Blue Angels and visiting the museum. Lots if neat things to see and the kids loved getting into the planes. It was a bit hot out during the practice but they had concession trucks with drinks and snacks. They also had folding
Thereâs a lot of history!
This beautiful historical building was built with elements of English Gothic architecture, such as the Tudor arches on the ends, the stone work around the events front entrance, and the battlement at the parapet, and was cr
Super convenient for your downtown needs, candy, soda, beer, and snacks. They have people food and pet food. I have always had super friendly service, and they even have an ice cream/soda counter. I recommend going.
Ten stars if I could. This place is absolutely amazing. The food is incredibly great. We got a fried pork chop special and a fried fish special with collard greens, fries, fried okra, potato salad, fresh salad with some type of strawberry vinaigrette
