I was initially skeptical about a seafood restaurant in this non-coastal area, but Shrimp Basket proved me wrong! Despite being away from the sea, the food was remarkably fresh and delicious. I craved a taste of the sea without the travel, and this place delivered🌊
I regret not trying it sooner! My friends and I all left satisfied with our meals. I ordered the Boil for Two (Garlic Butter & Cajun Style) with a medium spice level, the Oyster Basket, and Seafood Gumbo with Rice. Each dish was a delightful experience of flavors🦐🦀🦪🍛
The seafood was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning added just the right amount of kick🔥 The Boil for Two was a highlight, with the garlic butter and Cajun blend creating a mouthwatering combination. The Oyster Basket was fresh, and the Seafood Gumbo was rich and hearty🩷
The ambiance further added to the experience, creating a coastal feel despite the location⛵️ The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Shrimp Basket is a hidden gem for seafood lovers, defying expectations with its quality and taste. If you're in the area and craving fresh, flavorful seafood, don't hesitate to give it a try – you won't be disappointed! 🤜🤛
Stopped by on a whim and was not disappointed. I went simple and got the po boy with fries. It was actually pretty good. Something about their tartar and cocktail sauce , it was very tasty. TOTAL with tip came out to $16.40 . Oh and my server Tonya was very attentive :)
Loved the hospitality here. Got a real southern generosity feel and that's always very refreshing for me. My server was sweet and attentive. The manager made sure everything was fine for me and me and my friends and she had a great conversation with us. Food was fresh and timely overall, we had a good experience
I’ve been to the shrimp basket a couple of times, but today was my first time trying a new item on the menu. I ordered the seafood boil medium Cajun style. Everything was so delicious and the boil was just enough spiciness to satisfy my love of spicy food. Also, it was very filling and hot to order. The service was excellent, fast, and efficient. I truly enjoyed my experience and I’ll definitely be back for another seafood boil.
We have now been going to Shrimp Basket for years, ever since they opened. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, food is very good (even if corporate makes weird changes on the fly sometimes to the menu), and the atmosphere is welcoming. Miss having the trivia nights, so bringing those back would be great! The all you can eat specials are fantastic, my fav is the steamed shrimp! The thing that has me coming back time and time again though are the people. JR, Brandi, Wendy, and all of our servers have always made it a great experience! I actually had my first ever oysters at this location! The red beans and rice with their signature hot sauce is my hubs absolute favorite and he's repeatedly said it's better than any he's ever had even in New Orleans. We buy the calendar with great specials every year and love the gift card special during the holidays. But it really is the people there that make us return every month!
Oh So so good. Must visit whenever in town. Great menu. Something for everyone. Lovely cocktails. Great location. Parking can be a challenge. Lovely customer service. Worth it.
The oyster basket was excellent, with a large portion size for the price. The oysters were a nice size and quite flavorful for June. The fries were very good, and despite the limited number of hush puppies (2) and corn fritters (1), they were also tasty. Shrimp Basket's hot sauce, provided on the table, was also a welcome addition. The meal as a whole was filling and delicious.
My husband and I love going to the shrimp basket. It’s actually one of our guilty pleasures. The food is so good and the service is absolutely phenomenal. The seafood queso dip is my favorite and my husband likes the low country boil. Definitely 10/10, i recommend for anybody looking for good seafood
The Depot restaurant in Auburn, AL is one of my favorite restuarants in Auburn, AL. The Depot is a modern grilled gulf-coastal brasserie in Auburnâs Historic Train Depot. With a globally inspired menu by Executive Chef & CoÂ-Owner, Scott Simpson,

This is one of the coolest playground parks on the planet. We bring all of our friends here if they have kids. And the big kids like playing too. Nothing like watching some college students and adults and parents playing on some of the playground app

Finally got to visit and I will certainly be back. The employees are so kind and helped me decide what to order (hazelnut latte and lemon cranberry muffin...10/10) and the atmosphere is delightful. It's a great spot just off the main downtown. Purcha
I moved to Eagles West for my senior year and it is by far the best living situation I've had in Auburn. The staff are extremely friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to be upfront and volunteer information they think will help. Maintenance
