Large parking area for a very nice movie theater. Large, attractive lobby with the usual over priced movie snacks. Plenty of employees. Very clean place. Roomy bathrooms. Clearly marked theaters. Extremely comfortable, reckoning seats (too comfortable). Wide aisles. Good sound level. Perfect room temperature. Nice place to watch a movie.

There is plenty of space in the theater and the concessions stand is large. The movie tickets can be a little pricey but the experience is a positive one. Comfortable seats, enough ticket sellers so the line moves quickly. First run movies and a food court-like concession area. Service adequate. Prices are within normal range for nowadays.

This place was a mess. Actually the specific theater we were in was nice and comfortable but the help was not nice and the place was a mess. All garbage bins were overflowing. And there was garbage EVERYWHERE. Ask the stairs in the bathroom we were in had no toilet paper. we went to a 9:15 pm movie showing. And when we went there, there weren't lines or crowds so I would understand if they were too busy. We were in an xplus theater and everytime the movie Volume got low we could hear the theater next to us.

I definitely won’t step foot here ever again. purchased food and a ticket online and when i got there they said my order had been cancelled. yet i was charged for it and i showed them the confirmation, confirmed everything, etc. and they refused to let me in or have the food i purchased. i’ve never experienced anything like this and will need to go through a chargeback with my bank. i guess their ticket system glitched? but there was no help or assistance with letting me into the movie and getting the food (even with a ticket and receipt and the money taken out of my bank!). i’m so shocked about this.

Order ahead to reserve your seat...no more stress about seating, plus you can show up 10 minutes after show time I you don’t feel like watching all the previews. Stadium seating. Comfortable chairs. Plenty of parking as well.

Great place to see the latest movies. The theater is always clean and orderly. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Showcase Cinemas is one of the greatest theaters on the island, in my opinion. Great showings of Oppenheimer on 70mm, and over the years this has been my go-to theater. Even in times of trouble, the staff are friendly and are always willing to resolve issues.

Im all for Taylor Swift and good on her for the tour and movie, but they played it way too loud in the theater next to me. Was louder than the movie in front of me. Ruined my experience seeing The Creator.
