Went to the Great White, Slaughter, Quiet Riot concert! Great concert and great pricing for the concert. Performance was excellent! They definitely need a lot more t-shirts at the vendor tent and in larger sizes. Beer was reasonably priced and we enjoyed it very much. Folks in the casino were polite, professional, service was very good!
The bed is so comfortable! The pillows are so comfortable too! All the front desk staff are great! Tammy went above and beyond to help me get a room over Memorial weekend watching for a cancellation. I got a great nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel!
Second time here and this place/staff never disappoint. Alexander at the front desk is amazing! From check in to the food to cleanliness to decor we love it here! I even noticed menu additions at the Sports Grille from our last trip im excited to try. And if you haven't visited the spa - do and try the house Eucalytptus & Jasmine Shampoo & Conditioner! They work amazingly and make great gifts! ||A great place to rest, eat, play the slots, relax and eat!
This hotel prides itself on cleanliness and comfort. The tradition continues on our stay here again. The beds are comfortable and warm. The down pillows are so comfortable. The Staff are helpful and friendly. Alexander in particular...as well as the Front Desk supervisor took care of us. We came in to find out there were no rooms. But They stepped in and were fortunate enough to find one. The food at the restaurant is always delicious. You can't go wrong with any choice. It was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. We had access to a pool, Jacuzzi, spa, and weight room that we did not use. |But all of this would not have been possible without the help of Alexander. Great night, Great Hotel!
This place is amazing!! No cap. Alexander (Alex) was very polite at the front, he took good care of us. The atmosphere is warm, it's so so clean everywhere. Casino floor is one of the best, you cannot get lost. Or room was gorgeous! Definitely coming back
Nice room, great bed. Weird alcohol rules: no alcohol allowed on casino floor, and single bar was smoky. Sports grill only restaurant open on Thurs night other than deli. It has beer and wine, but was not listed on the menu. Food there was good. Avoid the breakfast burrito from the deli--cold and had some bone chips.
The fire alarm went off at 4am they made everyone get out and even after the fire fighters cleared it as a false alarm they waited to let us back in. We could not go back to sleep and let front desk know. No discount and even worse no apology for the inconvenience.
This by far has been my worst experience staying at the Shoshone bannock Hotel. I stayed on July 12, 2024. I requested a handicap room for my mom who is disabled. They gave me a room really far away from the elevator which was not a handicap room. My mom ended up falling in the room when she woke up and was trying to get to the bathroom because they had a fridge that was located on the floor near the dresser and not in a safe area. After my mom fell I went downstairs to ask for help, the hotel clerk didn’t help me at all. He just gave me a couple Band-Aids and told me to take my mom to the hospital if she was in a lot of pain from falling. There was no safety staff nor EMS to offer help to check my mom out for injuries and when I’ve tried to call and follow up with them. No one called me back , and they could care less how they treated me and my mom who is almost 80 years and disabled. They should be audit by OSHA! This was the worst experience I ever had staying at this hotel when needing a disabled. Room. An elderly person should be taken care of right away. Not forgotten!!

I love living here. I love that everyone loves my dog. Dog friendly is so important to me as a dog mom. Everyone in the office and in maintenance are so friendly and responsive when I have a need.
Never been here before, but this was fun. For 2 people I think an hour is plenty. Bigger groups 2 hours is good. I would say go when they first open, not many people and you donât have anyone throwing next to you. Iâd definitely come here again
I love this place. I wish there were more places like in Pocatello. They have a small menu but do what they do VERY WELL! Fancy food with wine is my favorite of all time. Tip: get the mixed boards so you can try each of the flavors. :) as always get
