Great place to eat. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful as well. We tried burgers, onion rings, cheese bites, chicken tenders and cheesesteak. The food was fresh and delicious. Drive past the fast food chains and give this place a try.

Twice I have stopped here. Twice they have gotten my order wrong. Today I called to say it was wrong (37.00) and that I live in Greensboro. I was asked to bring the order back. Round trip is 68 miles. Pointed out...Ben?? Refunded the total. Hence the 3 stars. BUT, he admitted to making the order himself and then blamed the employee. No cheese for a lactose intolerance means no cheese. Yes, I am the guy that called 4x. Yes I refuse to let a company treat me like they don't need me. And from seeing your responses here, it is clear you (business) don't care about customers. I get it. Fast food gets the lowest common denominator.....but I worked fast food all the way up to district manager. Treat your customers with respect, your employees with respect and own up to when you mess up. Stop posting retaliation remarks and own the mistakes and make them right. Service with a smile pays the bills. Not a low mark. But definitely room for improvement .

Great fast food restaurant! Love their burgers and milkshakes. My husband loves the boneless wings. Their homemade chips are also VERY good and have never been under or overcooked like most homemade chips at other restaurants

Burgers & hot dogs are delicious!! Absolutely love the cheese bites. Amazing goodness for your mouth! Grabbed an ice cream while here. Went off the amazing suggestion of the lady working here & got the Carmel banana foster.....YUMMMMM!!!! You must try!!

First time visiting Shortstops in Ramseur, Great experience! The cashier taking our order Tykerria was fantastic, friendly, smiling just so around great customer service! Food was on point. Milk shake was delish, definitely will be returning!

Finally tried this place out for the first time. The burger was great and so were the fries. I definitely recommend stopping in if you're down the way!

Just driving through Ramseur and decided to try it. Neat and clean place and food was wonderful as far as burger joint food goes. Girl up front was polite and had a smile on her face.
