There is a great collection of meandering trails to explore. Much of it is relatively light with only a few hills here an there. I often use this area as a quick way to get some greenery in my life or to walk around and take some nature photos. All this room to explore plus the sports and play equipment mean this area is a gem for family fun. Check out the nearby off-leash dog park too!
I love this park. They are currently doing some remodeling to the hidden lake, so a few places are inaccessible. Other than this, it is a nice big park with easy hikes, tennis courts, nice little trenches, baseball fields, playgrounds for kids, among other things. There's a good amount of parking inside so I wouldn't worry about that. There are restrooms onsite too.
I love this place! There are so many trails, a beautiful viewpoint, a few tennis courts, two really cool children's playgrounds, a sports field, a baseball field, a large set of stairs great for stair stepping, as well as wheelchair accessibility, restrooms, and plenty of parking! In the summer there is a day camp for kids where they learn and play. It's my favorite park
This is a great little park with a couple of fields for different sports, a playground for younger children, and some courts for tennis and pickleball. The trails were amazing and I'll definitely be back to fully check them out when it hasn't recently rained! Definitely recommend this little gem!!
This is our first time taking my small dog there. It's a large off leash dog park dogs and people are nice. There is a piano that the dogs and humans can play HaHa just kidding, a lot of water and a clean honey bucket. I'm glad we stop and checked it out!😊😎👍
Nicely maintained trails to walk around on. It wasn’t too crowded and parking on the street was easy and close. Stick to the main trails unless you don’t mind getting a little dirty. It’s a little hilly, so ok for kids who have lots of energy, but maybe not great for those of all ages who aren’t as steady on their feet.
I heard a couple of owls, saw a rabbit and could hear lots of birds chirping. Overall, this was a very fun and easy almost-hike.
The pickleball here is awesome. There also seems to be lots of people enjoying the trails too, kids on the play equipment and people playing soccer.
Nice quiet park with great views of the water. Has a paved loop around and tennis courts across the street. Many benches and tables spread out that are perfect for picnics. Has a nice smaller play structure and larger play structures. Street parkin
Everyone who likes the outdoors, especially secret-outdoorsy places in urban areas, THIS Space is it! I have even been lucky enough to photograph a Bard owl attempting to slumber in these woods... You can bet the surrounding crows were NOT pleased!
