The staff at a multitude of the services offered were not friendly and the treatment was disparate. It is easy to tell. The fees were high and the rules list almost as long as the wait time for the elevators.
That said, the pool was nice each time and the beach nearby was great. I have stayed at better places in PCB and there surely are worse places to stay.
All in all, if you don’t need much from Staff on site, you will be fine. If you are looking for the resort experience and kind or helpful employees, go elsewhere.
Oh and the parking is extremely tight for SUVs and Trucks. It is doable but tight.
We were not here during a busy time of season, last week of August, so I am not sure about the elevator issues. I usually stay on the first floor to avoid elevators anyway. The pool is big and looks nice, not sure if it was clean since I am here for the ocean I don't care about pools. Easy access to the pool, beach and 2 restaurants. Not the friendliest staff ever but it was fine.
This property has a lot of potential. Most of the staff was friendly if you were respectful, some of them however were just rude and snobby. Not nearly enough elevators for a property with this many units and the number of guest it handles. A total of 6 elevators for a 700+ unit building. You’re talking 10-20 minutes sometimes to get up and down. And only like 6-8 luggage carts so your either waiting forever for a cart or making multiple trips carrying your stuff and waiting on elevators. The hot tube was disgusting. Pool and most of the rest of the property was kept well clean. Great views. Pool bar and little restaurant were very nice. You can tell the property is not very old.
Watch out if you’re booking through a property management company. I did, I was going for a 3 day weekend. And I didn’t have AC my entire stay because the management company didn’t have any other units available at this complex or beach front at another and wanted to make me switch in the middle of the 2nd out 3 days I’d be there to another property witch I didn’t want to do when they could promos it would be beach front or with a gulf view as I had, so I had to just deal with it a deal with a refund that was equal to less than one night stay back to stay in a room that was 80+
We went the week before labor day and had zero issues! Staff was friendly as soon as we arrived and pulled into the check in garage and the lady at the check in desk I side was super friendly. I was very nervous after reading tons of negative reviews about horrible staff, but I think we lucked out not going when it was super busy! We had a great time! I will suggest not going during peak season because the Fri and Saturday before labor day was a nightmare on the elevators after we had no issues the entire week! Will go again! They also have music that plays by the pool! Great vibe
First off the place has paid staff all over the property and their job is to just be rude! The good news is they are so good at it. When we first got into town I really liked the fact that this was a staffed facility. However they are all so rude. They should really clean house and start over.
Second, the place is not clean at all. The pool, was dirty. Really the whole grounds was dirty with the exception of the grass and landscaping. It was well kept. Whoever is in charge of the landscaping should be asked to run the rest of this place.
Third the room is a lot smaller than the photos depicted online. Which is understandable but this was more then I can let slide. And it was also dirty when we got there. They say you will be provided different things like towels and you are. Just only 4 sets to last you for a week. So then a family of 4 has to either wash towels every day or clean your face with dirty wash cloths after day one. And when you wash them the washer and dryer smell like mildew. They also advertise that each room has TV with HBO and this is also true but it only works about 40% of the time. The parking is outrageous it takes about 20 minutes to get from the ground floor to you assigned parking spot. The elevators don’t work about 30% of the time and when they do they take forever. Plan on waiting for a minimum of 10 minutes to get from your floor to the ground floor, because you will be waiting. There were a few time I got tired of waiting and just took the stairs.
The best thing about this place is the views of the Gulf of Mexico. They are really beautiful. You are right on the water with nothing obstructing your view.
I know this makes me sound bad but I just wish someone would have told me this before I booked this place. I would have not booked it if they had, and I will never be back. I hope this saves someone from spending their hard earned money on this old outdated dirty rude resort style condo.
We had a wonderful time. We certainly share the common feedback related to the slowness of the elevators, but it was manageable.
The poolside food was amazing, the staff very welcoming, and the location perfect.
If I have one critique, it would be to not place so many chairs on the beach right away. The vast majority were never occupied, but remained which REALLY cluttered the beach. This was minor, but worth noting.
The staff ruined our vacation for us. The entire staff is bringing down the reputation, except the nice lady at the coffee shop, she can stay. The resort itself is fine but could use some updating. The elevators are broken half the time and it smells like trash in the hallway. I’ve never stayed somewhere with such rude and inconsiderate staff. They are lazy and disrespectful, beware. I’m sure there are better hotels around.
Was terrified to go here after reading the reviews but a last minute trip landed us here. We had a really great experience on a holiday weekend with very little complaints. We booked via VRBO to a ground floor condo so luckily we did avoid any encounter with the elevators which I did see often backed up and busy so keep that in mind when booking. I loved being able to walk out our back gate to be at the pool. We didn’t have many encounters with staff but what we did have was just fine. I loved that there was an employee checking wrist bands going in and out of the beach as it felt secure from any random person trying to enter from the beach. Great location walkable to Walmart and many gift shops. Quite literally directly next to Pineapple Willy’s but the sound was never an issue! My only two complaints- the pool definitely could have been a bit cleaner and the parking deck is TIGHT. If you have a large SUV or truck, good luck getting in those tight spots. Phew I was a nervous wreck leaving my car next to others that close- dings just waiting to happen.

Room 2212 was amazing! Other than the unit needing a new cleaner (wasnt the most cleanly), it was perfect for our family of 6 (3 couples). Our unit had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The rooms were fine but the beds weren't the best. Very loud and not the m
En Soleil Beach Resort condo 511 was our most favorite vacation ever. We've been to many other condos but this one was by far the best ever. Condo 511 was super clean and fresh. The kitchen was well supplied and the condo staff was very polite and
My 10 year old freaked out but the person who helped us was INCREDIBLY patient. We got through it (and jumped over all the pressure sensors that tripped the various puffs of air, etc.) It was really cool, definitely got the heart rate up, and I have

We were visiting and wanted to try the local coffee shops and we ended up going to one of the best places in town. Loved their coffee and the ambiance.
