Perfect location (close at the mall and the beach)and they have excellent service. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk especially, Mina Molina (she's awesome, friendly and very professional). The staff at the valet parking as well are very nice and fast when we need our car. Me and family had a lovely stay!It was unforgettable trip and stay. I would likely recommend this hotel to everyone and will return for sure. 5 star!

We really enjoyed the great pillows and shower!! The pool on the roof was lovely and we liked the comfy bed. The Hotel is very central and our little walk to the beach was just right. Cheap food at ABC stores and enough to choose from in next door bars and eateries. Loved our stay. Thank you!!

This hotel seems to be more of a 3-star experience rather than the advertised rating. We booked a queen-sized room, but the bed was not true to size, appearing only slightly larger than a full-sized bed. Additionally, the bed was quite soft, and it felt like it was overdue for a replacement. It would be wise for the hotel to update the mattresses annually to maintain quality. Noise insulation was another issue, as we could easily hear our neighbors closing their doors and conversations in the hallway. Better soundproofing is definitely needed to enhance the comfort of guests. The toiletries provided, including the body wash and shampoo, appeared to be of off-brand quality and did not meet the standards expected. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. They also offer valet parking for $45 per day, which is a useful service, though somewhat pricey. Overall, while the location and certain amenities were satisfactory, there are several areas where improvements are needed to justify a higher rating.

We were upgraded to a larger room, which we appreciated. But it was still quite small (can't imagine how it could have been smaller). The lanai had only one chair, so we couldn't really enjoy it. But the staff was great, the air conditioning was good, and the bed was comfy. The restaurant next door was fabulous.

I just wanted to give credit where credit is due! The valet guys are phenomenal! Damien is awesome! Those guys work so hard! Galen the front desk guy was so friendly and helped me out with all the local spots and even clipped my necklace on for me when my husband was gone. Rooms walls could be thicker as you can hear people talking in the hallways. Cute/funky hotel. And I enjoyed the vibe. Plus for coffee and water fill ups.

Nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and room service and valet service were excellent. The desk service was excellent too. The hallway & elevator carpeting were on the dirty side. If you are looking for a place with a nice pool area this is not it. They have a small, but nice pool on the roof. As most places in the Waikiki area it is noisy at night. We had a band playing late into the night outside the hotel, but surprising it did not keep us awake

The room was very clean and the amenities were very helpful, especially, I really enjoyed the complimentary Hawaiian juices. The staff were very friendly and very helpful too: Always respond to our inquiry so quick. the access to the beach was good, and they also have the free beach stuff such as a beach chair and parasol. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel!! most importantly, I felt really safe there since I was travelling there by myself...thanks so much:)

Very welcoming and friendly staff, room was a good size and comfortably, great that it had a kettle. Location central to everything. Just one small problem, every night a live band plays at the pub on the corner until at least 10pm. Can be a little loud and annoying (especially if the band playing in ordinarily). But still a great hotel and somewhere I’d stay again.
