If I could give -5 I would. STAY AWAY! Not only are their houses overpriced and should be condemned but the owner is a scammer and will keep the security deposit unless you sue him, which I did.

I would not recommend this to anyone! We thought the house would be okay despite some bad reviews , but listen to them!! The houses are not worth the prices. The first house we went to we checked for Bugs, round a spider and what looked like a bed bug. Then the whole headboard fell down. The kitchen was gross and needed a deep cleaning. No pots pans nothing. We contacted the owner and he said he would move us to a two story house, when we spoke to the front desk the women accused us of lying! She gave us a house across from the motel and it was not as bad as the first house, but it was not worth what we paid. We told the owners before the trip we had 11 people then a few weeks before the trip we had people drop out and the guy said the house wouldn’t be suitable for 10-11 people anyways, meanwhile in our original email it states we have 11 people. The new house we had did not have bugs , but had no chairs, the tv was in the hallway, the pull out coach did not fit to pull out, the kitchen again had no pots and pans. I spent 100 dollars on cleaning supplies just so we could feel somewhat comfortable sleeping. And the door was broken to one of the rooms! The pool wasn’t too bad. The last day we left we asked about the deposit , the guy said it would be there in a few days. It took almost a month to get back our deposit & we left the house better than it was!! Do not rent here , you could get anywhere nicer for a better price.

We rented a 3 bedroom house that was owned by the Dry Dock Motel. The pictures looked way better then the property!! It was disgusting and dirty. The bedding were outdated looked like they been there since the 80's. The kitchen area were full of ants. Both bathrooms the tubs and toilets were disgusting wouldn't even shower there. The 2nd floor bathroom the sink was stopped up the entire time. The only plus to this property was that it was about 2 mins to the boardwalk location is prime. If you are coming with children I would not recommend this property at all. Just some young kids coming for a good time this is ideal. The rental should be updated for the price you pay per night. I would recommend bringing cleaning products and bedding with you.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTYYYY This place made another listing under a different name it’s actually Dry Dock motel . It is VERY DIRTY! Came in to take a shower since it was 90+ degrees out and the shower was filthy, hair from whoever was here previously, dirt and sand all over the shower, makeup on the pillows, all out disgusting. I would not recommend this place as a last resort. I told them I wanted new sheets and pillows and they were trying to just give me pillow cases. If I could post this with no stars I would. Bring your own cleaning supplies, towels and sheets! Considering I payed $100 for a night I would expect a lot better. Only payed $80 for a room in Atlantic City that was much nicer and CLEAN!

Not the classiest place to stay but it was very clean, private and cozy ! Of course DO NOT bring your family with kids here for a holiday you won't be comfortable may wanna stay away from this area but for a young couple looking to party and a cheap place to stay for a weekend this was just fine , they gave us tons of towels, soap , shampoo , a SUPER powerful AC, clean fridge and stove and free parking right accross the street , 2 MINS AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND BOARDWALK ! :)

Sal and his wife Maureen are the best very family atmosphere clean immaculate I couldn't say more about it half a block from the boardwalk everything's right there nice hot water no problems everything clean perfect couldn't ask for a better vacation spot!

Let me just tell you.. I would not stay here if my life depended on it. I think pictures will do it justice more than words. Do not I repeat do not book here. Staff is horrible, lied about cleaning the place, AND they hung up on me when I complained about the issues. I honestly don’t even think the buildings are up to code.
