ShopRite of Scarsdale - Grocery store in Scarsdale - 955 Central Park Ave, USA

This place is very clean and organized and always has great deals and prices. They care about the environment. They have a gardening section in front of the store, like pots of flowers and seeds for planting. There is a shoprite recycling room for plastic/ cans and glass. Coming up Mother's Day and shoprite atmosphere is a very festive flowers 💐 and balloons 🎈 everywhere in the store. The bakery has a variety of nice cakes and ones made for Mother's Day 😋 The staff also is very nice, organized and fast I recommend shoprite 10/10 and can't wait to go again and shop for my groceries over there.

I give up on this store. Stressful place both outwardly rude employees. Their rudeness is contagious, they follow each other. Also they have a problem with stocking or ordering which wastes your time. Cant find things you bought there before. Only have low fat sour cream breakstone, no 8 oz trash bags and lots of other products. Cant do it anymore.

The store itself isnt the worst but the cashiers are some of the most rude, incompetent people I have ever encountered in a supermarket. I work customer service as well and my staff would never act the way they do. The manager, a spanish lady with long black hair, takes forever to come to a register and she was very nasty to my cashier. Bad management = bad employees.

This store is the most disorganized at self-checkout . The new two lanes don’t have any direction that shows you have to wait on one line to checkout. The lady that works self-checkout every day, has no personality, and lacks customer service skills. ShopRite has lost a loyal customer.

This supermarket is my favorite and I travel out of my way to come here. The prices are always good, especially their sales. The staff is amazing. The store is always clean, the older gentleman in the produce staff is a gem. The cashiers are fast and kind. All of the managers go above and beyond to help even when I ask for specific products to be made available they do so or help with a coupon. Kevin is the manager that has been the most helpful as we usually come at night. You all are a great team, thanks again!

I’ve been a ShopRite shopper for decades and I was thrilled when they opened up a huge store on Central Avenue in Scarsdale. This evening I went shopping and was very impressed by their extreme cleanliness and concern about making sure that every customer was masked ! Their staff was focused on maintaining social distancing and was also very courteous to the few customers inside the store. Over the last few years as many of supermarket chains have gone out of business, I would have thought that ShopRite would have expanded their selection of produce to include Japanese yams and other more tasty potatoes, however as one of the guys who worked in the produce section said to me, “ hey this is ShopRite, not one of those specialty supermarkets”! I still think that ShopRite has many items that most people need, but I’d love to see them carry more produce that people can easily buy at Whole Foods and H Mart.

This ShopRite, the manager staff, the cashier all of them are very prejudice. Also, they have no respect for men’s and women and United States uniform. I experience this firsthand the only concerned they are concerned about is what positive review that they get from the app they never contact you they never do a follow up even after you call the one 800 number. It does no good to complain. They have no respect for men and women serving in the United States army I experience that first hand Celia cashier is very rude very disrespectful. Even the manager, Al very rude, very disrespectful. Even he storeManager. He has no respect for consumer. at this point, I also seek Legal counselor for discrimination this ShopRite is not good for African-Americans. They Because of Black, I get treated like human I experience this firsthand. if he doesn’t believe me, go first thing in the morning, also, in the afternoon, this place is ratchet no respect The store Director he’s is very rude very disrespectful. He also is prejudice I experience this firsthand. also, the response that you get when you leave a review, it’s just automated response system, which has no concern about your concern just be mindful that nevertheless dish ShopRite is the worst

It is every so often I come to this shop rite to shop. Once in a while when I'm In the area I would stop buy and pick up a few this. There isn't a shoprite near me. I like this one because it's big. The prices are always right compared to stop and shop. Next Time I'll take the time to do a full shop here.
