It is a supermarket with many varieties of products for Latinos. Well clean and organized. The employees speak Spanish to assist Spanish speakers and are very friendly. You can get vegetables, meats, juices, dairy products, seafood, poultry, bakery, detergents, even medicine over the counter. Recommended!!!
Do better training to your cashiers and customer service personal , how come you put a sale price for an item and won’t honored by the register or customer service representative, you wasted my time worst customer service
ShopRite of Passaic is a very complete supermarket, the produce area has a display of different fruits and vegetables of the season and also from other countries, like Chilean grapes for instance or avocados from Mexico, they have a beautiful selection of fresh flowers, flower bouquets, potted plants, balloons for the important occasion, nice deli area where attentive associates are always ready to help , the bakery have a wide selection of breads, sweets, cakes, etc. Very well organized aisles with signs, self checkout and regular cashier checkout, very attentive customer service associates.
Nice store, but i must say i believe they raise prices at this location. I pay $5.29 for Chobani Oat Milk in the Shop Rites in Lyndhurst and Belleville. This Passaic Shop Rite charges $5.68. Thats ridiculous. This is not in a middle class neighborhood. Shame on you. Im responding to your response. I just told you that the Chobani oatmilk is overpriced compared to other Shop Rites. Even Stop & Shop charges less, $4.99.
My biggest complaint is Never enough cashiers open and self check out is rarely open. Aside from that decent prices on groceries and fairly organized Supermarket with most my list items there 3 out of 5, not the best not the worst.
This store has a HUGE selection of specialty and ethnic products. The store is well stocked, clean, and has a staff that is both friendly and helpful. I especially love their bakery. If there's something you don't see out, most of the time they have it in back stock. They carry a lot of kosher and halal products too!
Clean store, usually very busy especially on weekends. Parking is ample. Pay lower sales tax because it's considered to be in an urban area. I do my weekly shopping there. Reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it could use a update.
The bakery is great!… I had customized cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday.
My daughter end up being sick and Maria was nice enough to help me. Cupcakes where great!
