Customer service is trash. Manager cares less about customer service than the guy re-racking the shopping carts. After shopping with my wife and baby today, we were approached by their SECURITY team and escorted to customer service as we missed scanning a single item accidentally. We were told we are NEVER allowed to use self check out again and they re keeping the receipt on file in case we come back. INSANE treatment over a chicken that we were clearly willing to pay for. The manager comes out to discuss and offered zero empathy or help. Complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Will not be returning.
Don't be fooled by it's apparently narrow store front! It is so deeeep once u enter it! Very nice surprise! Very comfortable shopping, clean, well stocked! Unbelievable! Unfortunately, I don't live nearby!
Worst experience at the deli counter. Both employees contributed to a miserable experience and were rude to customers about their preferences for how they would like their meat and cheese sliced. After watching the back and forth interactions with other customers I opted to leave out my preferences which I strongly regret. A 1/4 lb of cheese came out to 4 slices about a half an inch thick. Unbelievable that ordering food could be such a hostile encounter and produce such low quality results. Shoprite needs to do better on their end to hire capable staff and provide proper training so that customers don't have to leave unsatisfied.
Fantastic location! Compared to all the fuel and food stops locally this place is great! They have some great options within at their cold lines, from protein bars to parfaits, salads and sandwiches. Fresh fruit, awesome subs and lots of snacks. Very clean and the staff here is hospitable and friendly. 5/5.
First time ever being there and it was an excellent experience. I normally go to the ShopRites in Plainview but was very impressed with this store. Very spacious and everything was well marked, parking was a breeze but I have to say the long aisles make it a bit of an adventure! Highly recommend this store
Usually really like this store but the last month there is hardly any meat out Fri night or Sat morning. Hire more butchers already and people to put meat out. Associates stand around talking.
Big waste of time shopping there. Going to shop somewhere else
Realizing since the plan-demic ( covid) everything is working backwards, I shouldn't be shocked shoprite has joined that incompetent Agenda! Christmas eve day I bought chop meat unfortunately I didn't notice until the day after Christmas the expiration date was 12/22/23, ofcourse I can't find the receipt so I called and spoke with a "Manager " who tells me, they put a 1 day date on it (whatever thats supposed to mean) the fact they sold meat 2 days after the expiration date and will not exchange it, considering the prices of food is an absolute disgrace! Its not even the 13 dollars its the fact shoprite pretty much told me to scr$$ myself and the money I break my back to make! For 13 dollars they lost a GOOD customer!
Store is fairly clean with a good selection of different items. However the parking lot does not have cart returns, therefore carts are strewn everywhere around the lot.

Red Chop sticks in my new favorite Chinese takeout! The egg-rolls and wantons were unique in that the dough tasted of egg. Like they were freshly made.
Wantons were much larger than other places and filled with a lot of meat.
