ShopRite of Belleville - Grocery store in Belleville - 726 Washington Ave, USA

The salmon in the pre-made salad smelled incredibly fishy and was barely edible (I experience salmon frequently). However, it didn't cause food poisoning and it was only $10, and we still ate it all. The sushi was less fishy, similarly priced, and also didn't cause food poisoning. The store brand electrolyte water was superb, and under $2 for a liter. The store has a decent layout. They were selling American flags for under a dollar in front, and the prepared food is near the entrance on the left. The Bakery had beautiful and unique items that appeared very tempting, but unfortunately I did not try any of them. The patriotic fruit tart looked like it could win a patriotic fruit tart contest.

I really wish they would do something with the Deli Department. Every time we buy cold cuts, we come home and some are no good. Brown and they Smell nasty! The workers must know and don't care! Have the manager teach them!! Threw away too much money!!

On numerous occasions I’ve gone in there to get bagels and donuts and there is clearly an infestation of fruit flies in there but when I saw the giant housefly in there too that was it. Absolutely disgusting! I told the people working there more the 2 times but clearly they don’t care because this is a reoccurring problem. I use to really like their bagels but now I have to drive to Brookdale ShopRite for freshly baked goods.

Always clean, very good assortment of all my needs. Employees are very helpful. Food quality in all departments is always excellent.

Clean and curtis store and team. Wonderful food selections, with easy to find items from Gourmet, Organic, the good old Staples and New Options at low rates. Makes finding the Right stuff to Shop for, that makes ya say yummm 🙏🏽💚💚💚✊🏾

The catering department is great. Ask for Gina. Cakes, bakery goods, hot and cold food and delivery. Just had back to back parties and definitely met my needs. Check them out for good food and reasonable prices.

Last night I went to the store looking for red and blue cupcakes for my songs 13th b-day today. Jill from the bakery dept. was the amazing woman that helped and suggested different ideas. She searched the back and was able to provide me with the cupcakes. She was patient, professional and very caring! Thank you Jill for going above and beyond for my son!

I loved it its so clean and it has so many things you can buy I found the things I needed 😊 plus more that is going to be my store the staff was also nice
