Shoe Carnival - Shoe store in Berwyn - 7001B Cermak Rd, USA

Like shoe carnival. The shoes are ok and the people polite. Never too busy. Parking ok and free. But there used to be a lot of exciting deals back in the day that made it worth the purchase. Now the shoes really are the same price as elsewhere. also I am a popular size so don't find a lot that fits me. Love the shoe carnivals in Chicago though. They usually have my size and more interesting shoes. Think they probably just move more inventory. Recommend though. I walk through every so often.

Bad store they dot have my shoe size 6.5 or 7 shoe size anywhere . These is a bad store as I complain about it in their corporate offices they did nothing to resolve my issue they don’t carry my shoe size at only 8 and up . These is descriminary against people which small shoe size . I can’t believe they doing these to me . I have to buy everything online that’s what they say and I don’t feel it is right I need to make sure they feel good on my shoe . These is a horrible company very bad they should carry my shoe size 7 or 6.5 they say they don’t carry it cause they don’t sell well I want to buy they just don’t carry it very disappointed in shoe carnaval and their corporate offices and who ever is handling the complaints is very bad store to me . Not satisfied at all😭😡😤😠 also they did not apologize they did nothing to help me i hope that they fire the guys who are doing these things and it’s not only one store it’s all the shoe carnaval stores .

It was the first time went,Shoe Carnival has great deals and there are beautiful boots that I liked!

Wish they carried more variety for women who have bigger feet. There was only a small selection for size 11. The few employees that passed, didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I wasn’t acknowledged by an employee until I was half way out the door. The gentlemen stopped me and asked if there was anything that he could help me find… I addressed my concern and he said “Online offers a bigger variety..” I like to try my shoes on before purchasing, that’s why I went into the store in the first place.

A so so experience, wow crime must be scares at this store. You have to take an empty box to the counter in order to try out the shoe. Smh

Line not clear where it began. People were jumping in from everywhere. Cashier changed tune when number not given. Selection okay at best. Good for when in a pinch, better deals online. Empty walls.

Went in looking for shoes for my 7month old. Went to the restroom to change her diaper and there’s no changing table. Unfortunately, I had to kneel down to change her on the floor…which was disappointing. Notice red splatters on the floor hope it wasn’t blood.Good thing I had a changing pad in my diaper bag.

Very well organized and full of inventory. I was able to find my daughter’s back to school shoes. You can’t go wrong with their prices and deals. Can’t find a size or shoe? They are super nice and they give you other stores that do have them in stock.
