Shish Palace - Mediterranean restaurant in Allen Park - 15801 Southfield Rd, USA

Really great place! The lunch special was delicious. I had the kabob, came with rice, salad, pita and garlic dip. Salad was very fresh and the dressing was yummy. Seating was comfortable and staff were friendly. Definitely coming back!

I had a really good experience with this place. They offer juice and smoothies on the menu to drink, however I did not get either. For food, I ordered the lamb shawarma, which was excellent. It came with fattoush salad and rice. The meal also came with complimentary pita bread with taziki sause and this totato sause. Both were quite good. It's always cool to get free snacks when you order something. The atmophere of this place is nice as well. If you get the chance, eat inside of the vault. It's pretty neat. Overall, I liked this place and would definitely eat here again.

I went for lunch. The place was empty but there was a steady stream of to go orders. The food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend this hidden gem! I apologize, I can't remember what the names of the dishes were but there are pictured in the post.

When i went there with friends, the waiter made recommendations for us and went into what was in the food, and everything was wonderful. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Many thanks, Moe

I've gone there for years, dined in and have taken out. The restaurant is an old bank. I'm not of the opinion they intended to make dining in an old bank their trump card. They food and service has always been good. I think they also acquired The Ollie's on Ford and Mercury.

I eat and order from her multiple times a month. My last order wasn’t correct and cauliflower wasn’t fully cooked. Figured it was just a bad chef day. I’m very sick and had a craving for them. Ordered online. Said it would be under half an hour. Almost 45 minutes later still not here. I called the restaurant asked about my order. The female that answered was very rude. Said it would be here in 5-10 minutes. I asked her why it was taking so long I can see the restaurant from my house. She got loud and said she could remake it so it was fresh. After I hung up I got the notification they canceled my order after waiting almost an hour now. I called to ask why? Got the same person and she was rude and loud again. Unfortunately they have now lost a loyal and long time customer.

Had lunch here this past week. The service was super friendly and pleasant. The food on the other hand was pretty mid. The best part of the food was the bread and rice but the meat tasted charred and the vegetables were a little burnt too

I used to love this place, but it fell off bad! Haven’t been in a while until two days ago and now I remember why. I ordered the shawarma plate with rice and it came with a side of soup. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been microwaved, and the crushed lentil soup wasn’t hot at all and not fresh like the previous times before. I won’t be visiting this place for a while. I’d drive to the Kabob House in Redford before I ever step foot in here again.
