Food was amazing, we got the Chicken Paitan and Black Tonkotsu Ramen with added spice. All of the noodle dishes were delightful, the pork in the tonkatsu was by far a favorite, my wife is not a fan of pork but was surprised how much she loved it in the dish. They are accommodating of allergies and everything was fresh and flavorful. We also had Snow Maiden Sake also quite good. On a second visit we had the Black tonkotsu Ramen again and the Udon Set and were very pleased.

Best ramen I would say. Highly recommend their spicy chicken bun. The bun is super soft like cotton. And Yes! They freshly cook the noodle at the same place. I am unable to post the video for freshly made noodles. Please check my bio😊

It was my first time here and this restaurant is awesome! You can freely choose a place to seat and you order in the counter. Ramen is one of the best I ever had and the gyoza is delicious ! The staff is very kind and helpful! I definitely will return for more 😋

I lived in Japan for 2 years and this is some of the best ramen not only in Michigan but in the US. It's extremely flavorful and blows other places out of the water. Everything else is excellent too including the pork bowl and the miso soup!

Excellent ramen! was craving for good ramen and the place is in the neighborhood. Had the spicy tonkatsu and udon. The noodles are freshly made and the pork belly is the best I tasted, the pork belly is so tender and the belly fat just melts in your mouth like butter. I would definitely recommend this for cold Michigan evenings.

Haven’t had ramen that is this good for a long time! Ordered the black tonkotsu ramen (with black garlic oil) and the ramen noodle itself, along with the egg, veggies and broth were even beyond what I was expected. The pork slices were delicious too, with a smoky flavor. Once you go inside, you pay at the front and get your own drink and number before you sit down, so there’s no need to pay the extra tip unless you really want to. The service was quick and the staff was friendly too.
