DO NOT ORDER THE HIBACHI I ordered the hibachi, and got a plate of mostly raw green peppers, so I brought it up to the waitress. The manager came over with a very scary mean attitude. She said that this “is STANDARD hibachi that you’ll see everywhere” and that the owner doesn’t allow swapping dishes, but they’ll do it for me just this one time. So I ordered a chicken dish and then found small silver hairs in it. We used to come here all the time, but since the ownership change, the food has gone downhill. I have neverrrr seen hibachi come out like that, and I’ve eaten a LOT of hibachi. Definitely not standard. We’ll be eating at Mr. Tokyo instead.

You NEED to be near the bar! I don't like sushi and the other food is the only reason I go. Very good ramen. The bar tender let me shoot the crossbow... yeah you need to check it out.

THIS WAS THE WORST SUSHI IN MY ALL LIFE! I HAVE BEEN BROUGHT OUT OF FRESH SUSHI THAT ALREADY LOST, THEY WERE TERRIBLY PACKED, ALL THE PIECES WERE CUT DIFFERENTLY, THE FISH IS STATED AND NOT PEELED, IT WAS SIMPLY DISGUSTING! I PAID $150 FOR THE ORDER!!! IF YOU COULD RATE 0, YOU WOULD GET IT. THESE SUSHI WERE CLEARLY PREPARED NOT TODAY AND THEY DIFFERENTLY LIKE THE THOSE THAT WAS PRESENTED IN YOUR PHOTOS! YOU ARE LIERS! IT'S A SHAME! I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF I GET POISONING OR WORMS AFTER THIS

I was craving Sushii, and this place was close to my hotel. First, I loved the statue in the front. It made the place stand out. When I first entered, a sign noted of staff shortages and to have patience. Noted. I was seated very quickly, and my first impression was how large the space was. There were plenty of spots to sit. I liked the ambience. The server arrived quickly. I ordered quickly - Hot and Sour soup, Shiki Crunch rolls, and Philidelphia rolls. Not 3 minutes later the soup arrived. It was good. The rolls arrived as soon as I was done the soup. I got a refill on my water before I was done, and the bill arrived immediately after I asked. There was NO shortage of service. 5 stars. The sushi was disappointing. They were not wrapped well (messy, sometimes falling apart when picking them up). I personally felt there was too much tempura crunch on top. I scraped a lot of it off. The taste of each was average. Maybe I'm being harsh, but it just didn't wow me, so 3 stars.

It was all really good! Pretty extensive menu, good beer selection (especially for a sushi place) and lots of seating. The shrimp tempura was delightful, the gyoza was good (I've had better) but the rolls were the star. Loved everything we got!

Very good food.. enjoyed my gyoza and rolls. Would definitely go back. Pretty good BOGO deal and some more basic rolls and really fun special rolls. Please tell Whitley, she was an exceptional waitress!

Updated review: By now we've been here over 5 times. Always great food and service. Never disappoints. Definitely come if in the Southpoint area.

Really disappointed. The toro is not toro. Good thing they aren't trying to charge market price (red flag) I ordered the Dynamite Spicy Roll with is supposed to have 3 types of Tuna in it, so it should be jam packed with fish (especially for $13) and there was more rice than fish. I had 2 bites that I could actually see fish in. The smoked salmon was the only thing worth eating. They spent too much money on the building and design, and seriously slacked on their food.
