Wonderful place to relax for piece of mind!!! Love the people there ! Absolutely private and very quiet !!
Good customer service. Clean room and willing to accommodate for any shortcomings. 👍😉
Very reasonable prices their services are very accommodating and helpful.
I usually have a wonderful quiet and peaceful stay. Unfortunately this time my experienced here was horrible, first off the heating and ac unit was taken apart with the parts just laying on the floor beneath it. Then the hot water never got hot, then the people in the rooms above me and on both sides of me were so loud and played music loud ALL NIGHT LONG.even after I informed the front desk of the early morning hours of loud music nothing was done. I was very disappointed in this visit ....
This Hotel is so Nasty they have Roaches. Not water bugs real Roaches and they charge $77 dollars the pillows are disgusting and before check out time a creepy looking man will just open your door weather you are dressed or not this place is over priced and the health department should investigate there cleaniness even the towels are dirty and the ice has ants in it the management is very rude
Needed a place to stay while relocating to another state. The room was real quiet, bed was great, and the staff was wonderful. Left me alone and was there to help me for all my needs. The only negative thing I would have to say is the door to the room did not have a security lock.
I was robbed during my stay here. Turns out the local crackheads have a key to each room. Someone came in my room while my daughter and I slept. They stole my purse, my phone, and my daughters iPad. Its took almost a hour for the deputy to show up to file my report. This place isnt safe. They don't have security cameras. The room didn't have a way to safety lock from the inside like a security chain. The bathroom window didn't lock. It was very easy to open. The lock on the only door in was janky. The device on the ceiling, I'm assuming it was a smoke detector, was covered up by a black plastic bag. That leads me to believe that the room wasn't cleaned before I stayed in. They refused to give more towels. You can't make local calls. The walls are very thin. You can hear clear conversations of occupants in other rooms. The toilet wasn't bolted down, so it wobbled. There was a dead roach in the closet. The microwave has burn damage. I could keep going. And I would have overlooked how nasty this place is. But I'm angry that something truly horrible could have happened to my self or my child. Now I have to spend money I don't have to replace items I shouldn't have to replace. The owners refused to compensate me. So I wonder if it's because they don't have insurance. I mean my car was damaged at a car wash and that business paid for the repairs. This business barely cooperated with the deputy.
