The last time that I went to Sheridan’s Frozen Custard was back in June 2021. Sheridan’s is known for its service because their frozen custard makes their restaurant a hole-in-the-wall for people to stop at and enjoy irresistibly creative frozen custard recipes. The frozen custard served at Sheridan’s is served just a little less frozen than ice cream, so that customers can enjoy a cool and refreshing treat without the dreaded and painful “brain freeze”. When I went to Sheridan’s Frozen Custard back in June 2021, I ordered the Grant’s Grasshopper concrete, and it tasted smooth with a chunky taste to it. In other words, the Grant’s Grasshopper concrete tasted delicious. I was surprised to see that the Grant’s Grasshopper was green because most people typically associate the grasshopper with the color of green. The service at Sheridan’s Frozen Custard was good and fast because it did not take that long for my concrete to be made. If customers are looking for a frozen custard place with its frozen custard made just right and made unique and uncommon recipes using frozen custard, I would recommend that Sheridan’s Frozen Custard is the place to visit. Once again, Sheridan’s Frozen Custard always has quality service because the employees strive to serve its customers no matter where the customer might be, and Sheridan’s is proud to cater its frozen custard to non-profit organizations or other businesses or certain people for celebrating holidays or special occasions.

The place was recommended by a local on my many wanderings today and didn't disappoint. I knew I was in the right place when I saw the drive thru line and line at the window for pickup. Will be back... Tried a Concrete with Vanilla Mango and pineapple.

Great friendly staff. Had the key lime concrete. It was a bit watery. They remade it without issue with less syrup to keep it more firm, but truthfully it tastes better with more of the syrup so next time I would just ask for a straw and have it more as a milkshake. They did say it depends on the consistency of their custard so the next experience may be different. Their flavors are balanced and playing with a variation didn't improve it for me.

Delicious as always. One of my absolute favorite frozen custard shops in the city. Drive through or walk up options available with a super quick turnaround. I love their espresso based options, that's my go-to every time. I also love they have chocolate based custard, not just vanilla custard with chocolate mixed in. Always a fun treat!

Two nights in a row we have come to get a treat. The first night we came at 9:45 (your info says that you close at 10) and there were multiple people behind the glass scurrying around acting like they couldn’t see us standing there. After 5 min we left unserved thinking maybe you stop serving before your stated closure time. We thought we would give another try and tonight came back at 9:15, thinking surely you don’t shut down this early before the stated closure time. Again, stood there for an long time while the workers scurried around as if we weren’t there. We were finally served but the young gal behind us stood there until I told her to go knock on the window. The hospitality at your establishment is terrible. If your workers are too tired to work after 9:00, perhaps you should consider changing your closing time.

The young lady working was all by herself, and it was busy! She did an amazing job, the banana split was awesome! We were there on Friday Sept 22nd 3:00 p.m. I hope she's rewarded for a great job she did

The strawberry shortcake sundae order took 15 minutes which seems excessively long. It took over 5 minutes after I pulled up to the window. I could hear voices clowning around inside. It just seemed like they were baking the cake and picking the strawberries it took so long. The ice cream custard Sundae was okay.

Great desserts but unreal waits. With only 6 people in front of us it took nearly a half hour to order and another 10 minutes to get our concretes. Not sure what the hold up was but I’d rather go someone place quicker in the future.
