Sheridan Motel - Motel in Zion - 3412 Sheridan Rd, USA

I am going to complain to every local agency that I can. This place is full of bed bugs and roaches. I am literally eaten up by this unsafe , unsanitary, horrible $80 a night hell whole. I also saw the owner walk back and forth and checked the door knob. How does a place of business In Zion Illinois get away with this? I am going to have my day in court and demanding this place refund me and pay for urgent care

The motel needs to be at a lower rate. The rooms are trash.The T.V's barely work. Doors are not secure for safety.The paint in the tub is peeling and the sinks need to be replaced. The beds have stains on them and bed bugs are there as well. The price of these rooms should be 30 dollars a night. And it should be shut down until it is fully redesigned and everything replaced.

TERRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DIRTY! Dirty sheets Dirty stained towels! BROKEN WINDOWS, BROKEN AC The attendant is rude and literally tried to walk into my room multiple times without my permission. You will be harassed. When we tried to call the man hung up on us everytime. The attendant will ignore your requests and laugh in your face The attendant will jiggle at your doorknob and sit outside your room for hours if youre a single female YOU WILL BE WATCHED YOUR ENTIRE STAY

Worst experience I have ever had with a motel. They have a no refund policy. I really wish I would have seen that before we paid. The rooms were gross and looked like they had not been cleaned. We had to clean our bathrooms before we could use them. One of the refrigerators was full of rotten food. The comforters and towels were stained and looked gross so we bought towels and sheets to put over the beds. The walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors conversation and the laughter ALL NIGHT LONG. I clearly stated that we needed 2 rooms for 2 nights and was then told the next day that I only said 1 night. They put a lock on our door so we could not get our stuff and wouldn't take it off until we paid for the next night. We paid it but then loaded our stuff up and went to another place. Do not stay here! EVER!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Let me tell you, the rug looks nasty and dirty, the bathroom tub and sink is changing color from white to brown, the sheets needs to get wash.

Great prices. Love that they are pet friendly but they need to update their rooms better, beds mattresses sink and they need closet areas for people to put clothes in when staying longer but other then that, the experience was good.

¥¥¥ Do NOT STAY HERE¥¥¥. I ended up staying here November 24. I checked in with my boyfriend and infant daughter After a long day ended up checking it was late about 6:30pm. And I walked into a disgusting room. Dirty and stinky. Exhausted I laid down about an hour later. And within a few min a see a big bug 🐜 run across my screen. In a panic I jump up and squish it. To my horror it was a huge cock roach!! I continued to strip the bed to find the mattresses covered in bed bugs!! I was completely terrified so started to pack up my belongings and to my final surprise I found a used drug pipe under the chair!!! Are you serious. I went straight to office. They gave me $5 cash and than charged me that on my card. When talking to management he said that they can do what they want and don't have to answer to anyone!! Oh I will be contacting police, news, and better business bureau!!
