Sheraton Universal Hotel - Hotel in Universal City - 333 Universal Hollywood Dr, USA

Our stay was made wonderful with the help of DJ, Helen, and Mary. They were very patient and kind with our 2 year old who was running around. ||The hotel is conveniently close to Universal Studios. It has a shuttle that runs at the same schedule as the park and makes it easy to get to and from the park. ||The room we were given had a great view of the park and was nice to see while in our room.

The location for the hotel is great, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the price was good. We went to Hollywood Studios, so we took the hotel shuttle. The ride was less than 10 minutes and we saved $$ on parking. The next morning we had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel the food was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Uber and Lyft are reliable but can be pricey for a family of six. Mr. Fernando, the BEST concierge, is personable, professional, and incredibly kind - he's an angel! Huge shoutout to Mr. Fernando - you're incredible!

We chose this hotel for its location. It’s an easy walk to Universal studios. No need to get the shuttle! Stayed in a lanai room, was clean and comfy. The room was pretty small. Corridor outside of room was noisy from other guests. Good pool. Great location for Universal.

I experienced many service issues with this hotel. The room was missing one of the sheets needed for the sofa bed and it took about an hour and multiple phone calls to the front desk to get the sheet, by which point the family member who needed the sheet was already asleep. Housekeeping came to the room once during the day even though I declined housekeeping during checkin, which was a problem because one morning I left an item on the bed which housekeeping staff moved somewhere we were not expecting. The concierge desk was difficult to get a hold of. One of the valet staff members was particularly unpleasant to work with. We did laundry through the hotel and it was returned to us more than four hours after the promised deadline, and even then it was missing an item, though hotel staff denied for more than an hour that anything was missing and took hours to find the missing item.||The bathroom layout isn't as good as most hotels I've stayed at and the bathroom sliding door made too much noise at night, but these are minor issues compared to the service issues I experienced at this hotel.||On the plus side, the king bed was comfortable, the room seemed clean, and the hotel's location is excellent.

The staff is very attentive and very nice. Only negative was the pool—should have some more chairs and umbrellas. In particular, the Sheraton Club staff were beyond gracious—DJ, Salmy, and Helen were great and greeted us with a smile and a hello. They also went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Overall, it’s a big hotel right next to Universal. So if your goal is to not drive/park and want to visit the park, this is a good option. Felt that bar was nice, food wasn’t bad at the restaurant but the hotel seems a bit dated. Pool seemed a bit small for the size as well but staff was friendly and willing to help. Lounge didn’t seem to have much than water and snacks during off hours.

Le personnel est amical et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. ||Un grand plus : la présence d'un Starbucks directement dans l'hôtel, idéal pour prendre un café rapidement le matin ou se détendre dans l'après-midi.||Le service de navette gratuit qui relie l'hôtel au parc Universal Studios est génial ! Très pratique pour éviter les tracas du stationnement et profiter pleinement de la journée au parc.||Enfin, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très pratique pour visiter d'autres parties de Los Angeles. Beverly Hills, par exemple, n'est pas loin et permet de faire du tourisme sans avoir à parcourir de grandes distances.||Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter Universal Studios et explorer Los Angeles.
