Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek - Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 555 NW 62nd St, USA

I come to Ft. Lauderdale for business a few times a month so I’ve stayed all over the area. After this visit, I kinda decided this might be my place. It’s within a reasonable proximity to all the things I need to get to and easy to access from 95. ||There’s something to be said about what feels like a studio. Having a place to relax on a couch with a microwave and fridge. Nothing fancy, just the basics. I’m on a strict diet and brought all my food with me so the microwave/fridge was a life saver. Plus, it just had a bit more of home type of feel to it. Cute little table to eat at, a nice desk inside the bedroom area to work at and a patio. I didn’t have a view but the option for fresh air was nice. ||Hotel stall was courteous and obliged my request for late check out. The place does need some updates so if you’re going to check out the flooring to decide on what rating to give the place maybe skip it. The rooms could use some upgrades, but for a convenient location with the basics at a reasonable rate, it can’t be beat. As long as my deposit gets refunded I will certainly return. I’d recommend getting a regular key as I did have some troubles with the mobile key.||Pool area looked nice and the gym was decent.

I had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Suites at Cypress Creek !!! The hotel is beautiful with all the rooms being comfortable spacious suites facing a large center atrium. It has a really cool large pool that is both fun and functional. The whole staff here treated me wonderfully including the front desk, the dining room / breakfast buffet staff, and the cleaning staff. I even interacted with a few of the managers at the hotel and I found their professionalism to be impressive. The buffet breakfast was nicely offered. Great food in a charming atmosphere with an extremely attentive staff. The lunch / dinner service at the restaurant was great and my servers wonderful service made the experience quite enjoyable. The front desk responded perfectly to all of my requests and the cleaning staff was always willing to help me with replacement towels and supplies. I could list many of the staff’s names, but I don’t want to leave out anybody or single people out as I found THE WHOLE STAFF to be amazing, helpful, and awesome !

Great location and not far from FLL airport. Lots of great dining options in the area. Some rooms could use a little TLC, but very spacious and clean otherwise. The real star is the service! Barbara at the bar is very personable, and Tommy in the Club Lounge is the best! We had a great time in all the venues we visited and you don’t wanna miss happy hour! Didn’t need to leave the hotel unless we just wanted to get out.

Nice check in experience. Roger was very helpful and efficient. Nice breakfast buffet including custom made omelets. Our server Rayyan gave us exceptional service ! Remodeling going on in the hotel. Our room was clean with fresh paint but unfortunately was not one of the remodeled rooms as of yet and therefore carpet and furniture was worn but I’m sure it is on the list for full remodel as they are doing with other rooms. Overall a very nice experience!

This is a very nice property. Beautiful plants decor in the lobby/atrium area. Full breakfast was included with my stay and it was very good. Roger at the front desk was most attentive, professional, polite and friendly. I encountered a small issue at check in and he was able to solved it promptly and efficiently. Great location and friendly staff.

My brother and I stayed at the hotel from 08/2-5/24. From check-in to check out the experience was exceptional. Christine who checked us in was extremely nice. She help me signed up for Marriott BonVoy program. I love her personality and enjoyed our conversation. The room was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return again. I recommend this hotel

To the amazing staff at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek. We were here for our 125th Family Reunion with over 500 people. The level of service to accommodate a large family was nothing short of superior quality. The management was very amendable. The food was amazing and a great price point. The ambiance of the lobby area is breathtaking. I can't wait to visit again when all the renovations are complete.

Me and my family were here for seven day vacation. The location was great. The service and attention to detail were excellent. A huge shout out to the breakfast area. The food was amazing and the service was just as good. Athiq our server was amazing. Was the best server out of our entire vacation. He alone is worth the revisit. Also, the hotel did a great job adjusting the volume of the music so we could sleep better. Will be back!
