The hotel is conveniently located near all kinds of shops and restaurants. However, we had a pool view queen. The beds were so very uncomfortable. After the first night management was kind enough to move us to a different room on the same floor that had newer mattresses. The other thing was the size of the patios. They are so tiny that it’s a bit uncomfortable for two adults to sit and enjoy. The other issue for me was the pool. 10% of the pool is standing height and divided by a pool rope, while the other 90% is deep the end. 6.5ft to 8.5ft and you are not allowed to have floating device if it’s not a life vest. That made it difficult to enjoy the pool especially when the families and their kids take over the shallow end. You can rent beach chairs from the pool for $20 a chair for your entire stay unless you’re a gold member then they are free. Would I stay again, yes but only if I can get a room with newer mattresses. And don’t buy the croissant from the bar, it’s $8! Lol do your self a favor and go stand in line at Kona Coffee in the international market place and buy the most delicious croissant for half that price! The pineapple, almond coconut is to die for!
We have recently returned from a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. So close to the beach and restaurants were a short stroll away. We were very kindly able to check in early and received a recently refurbished room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel amenities were great - we thought the gym was well equipped for a hotel and the games in the lobby were a great addition. Ample seating around the pool, however being so close to the beach we chose to spend more time there. All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to counteract some of the more negative reviews and we would definitely stay again! Yes the lifts can be a little slow at times, but it really wasn't a huge issue. We stayed in a Princess Pool room, so I'd definitely recommend those rooms as we had no problem with noise etc.
Married 40 years. We chose this hotel because of previous great service. It truly exceeded our expectations this time. Jeffrey checked us in with a smile and current information of the new upgrades of our room. We are close to the beach with 30 restaurants close by. Ellen was our breakfast server each day with a delightful personality and super duper service. The food and beverage manager, Jesse, introduced himself and sat with us sharing his insights making our breakfast full of facts and trivia. MaryJO on floor 8 gave us superior service to our room. Alicia was the server for a quick dinner as we were on our way to an event. She was the best and helpful with directions. Plus Julia came to our aid was we had protein needs. Thank you to everyone for making our 40th wedding anniversary so spectacular.
Great service and staff are very accommodating. Appreciate being upgraded to ocean view room. There are several towers in the building and the remodeled tower does not have enough elevators. It takes forever to wait for an elevator and they are typically packed. This is a design deficiency, not hotel’s fault but still needs to be fixed. Can’t beat hotel location, one block from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved that hotel had beach chairs for Bonboy members, they were very handy and you can take them with anywhere you go on the island. Overall, great location, great service and very good value hotel. Will stay there again.
My family and I could not be happier with Sheraton. We were celebrating two birthdays, mine and my brothers. The lady checking us in could not have been sweeter. She upgraded our rooms and gave us drink coupons. Our cleaning lady, Julia, was one of the sweetest ever. This was truly worth every penny! What an amazing way to start off a new year! Thank you. Will absolutely return!
The location is good and its great that they are partnered with the Westin. But this is not your typical Sheraton. Rooms are dated and beds are small. The pool is very small and is oddly deep. Theres only a small 3 feet section. There are a few good extras - free beach chairs, mifis and go pros.
Great stay in range to all of Waikiki, and International Marketplace right next door for shopping and goodies. Casual downstairs lobby, games, and pool with frequent live music and even some vendors with awesome wood carved goods. Rooms are excellent and are a nice step away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, especially at night. Be sure to explore outside of Waikiki because it barely scratches the surface of things to see and experience.
Nice enough hotel and great staff. It's little annoying there isn't a Sheraton Club and I had to wait a bit to get in a hot elevator. However, I'm more annoyed that despite the high nightly rates, management won't pay their workers a living wage and commit to a new contract. I had to cross a picket line to get to my room and was appalled to learn about the unfair working conditions and wages employees have to deal with. Also, management was aware of the upcoming strike, and did nothing to communicate this to guests so they could plan on not having housekeeping nor onsite food service.
The hotel is very nice and modern. Everything is new and in good condition. The location is very central close to everything. I stayed in the ocean view room for 6 nights. The view is very pretty, and you can see Friday night fireworks from my bedroo
This hotel is a great place to stay while staying in Hawaii. I haven't had a bad experience while staying here.

Ono, soo ono. If you enjoy the taste and feel of each bite in your mouth, this is the place for local, healthy, ono eats. Fresh every single time. This is the first time in my life that I have eaten at one restaurant three (3) times IN THE FIRST WEEK
Shoot was - as expected - amazing. Stunning mastery of technique, patter, and showmanship. Hilarious sense of humour, was great at working the crowd and had a lot of warmth and heart incorporated into his performance, and the story he told throughout

I have been searching and searching for great biscuits and gravy like I used to get back in Texas, and OMG these were so so so so much better than that. Did something different and went with the chicken biscuits and gravy and was happily surprised at
