This experience was such a disappointment. Got to the hotel late and asked for a late check out the next day and they granted me a noon check out. However, in the morning before 10 AM the maid was knocking on the door as if she was the police, and it scared me to death. Then, even after not answering, she came into the room and kept asking us repeatedly when we were going to leave And we kept saying not now. Two minutes after she left the front desk then started calling and asking the same questions and I asked them did I need to leave the property immediately as if it was the last room because we were told 12 o’clock check out and she said the night Man didn’t tell them that. The next day when I tried to tell the manager, of course there was no manager on staff so I actually called Marriott directly which is something I’ve never done in over 20 years. The room was pretty nice. It is a small Villa, which was well appointed however the service just really made me not have a lot more to say. I will not return..

Spacious suite. More like an apartment. Perfect sized kitchen and large bathrooms. Excellent to have bedrooms separated. Good decor. Not too much and very clean. VERY Loved the pool and the fact that if you stay here you can also go to the resort they are affiliated with called Vistana. You can’t control the other guests, who were awful. Screaming and loud after midnight. I guess some people have no decorum.

We stayed here for a week including Easter 2024. We had a one bedroom premium apartment with a balcony. The place was clean and tidy and relatively well equipped, although like all Sheraton apartments there seems to be an assumption that you won’t need more than 4 cups or plates, which I find quite annoying. It forces you to use an almost empty dishwasher far too often. |Considering we were there over the holiday weekend the place felt remarkably quiet. It isn’t a big resort and has no amenities apart from the pool area, but it is close to the golf courses and not too far from the coast, so we expected it to be busier. On Easter Sunday we had the whole pool area to ourselves for over an hour in late morning ( which was lovely) and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. Most days there were just a handful of people enjoying the pool. |The resort is located just off the I95 and is close to a shopping area. A couple of miles down the road is Tradition which is an attractive purpose built ‘village’ with another good shopping area. |Port St Lucie itself was nothing to write home about; we found Fort Pierce more interesting and more appealing, with plenty of things to do, and only a 10 minute drive away. |If we could transport this little resort to other parts of Florida we would always choose to stay here.

We stayed here for nine nights as we were visiting from abroad to attend a wedding.||There was a little confusion as I'd booked online months prior with a well known booking site and then realised I could actually book cheaper direct with Marriott - which I did and cancelled the original booking.||On checking in, it became apparent the booking provider hadn't actually cancelled the booking, but the lady on reception very kindly dealt with it and sorted out the issue (we had all the confirmations and emails to show). Thank you - that alleviated so much stress!||We stayed in a two bedroom apartment (on the site it is called a villa) The accommodation was perfect for two adults and three children. One child had the sofa bed and the other two had a room and bathroom to themselves which they were delighted about. There are televisions in all rooms.||Our room had a door out to the covered balcony, its own shower and jacuzzi tub.||The kitchen was very well equipped, with oven/hob/fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and normal kitchen equipment (in fact more so than other airbnb's I've stayed in) and the washer/dryer an absolute necessity for a large family on holiday. ||Our view from our balcony was of the river, I loved sipping my coffee and watching the birds (and you could hear the ducks in the morning which was gorgeous).||As this isn't a hotel, there isn't a bar or anything like that - but for us this wasn't a problem as having young children it was easier for us to self cater/or we were going out to meet family.||The main plus for this hotel is the pool. Always quiet, lots of sun loungers and shaded areas and a hot tub too. Our children spent hours swimming and playing with the pool toys/pool noodles provided. So many happy memories! We all enjoyed spending time playing ping pong too (just ask at reception for the bats). There's a small play area adjacent to the pool, which is perfect for toddlers.||We also used the grills by the pool, which was awesome to be able to chill by the pool, grill out and watch the children swim!||Port St Lucie itself is mainly a base for golfers. However, there's lots of great areas to explore nearby:-||Jensen Beach|Stuart|Bathtub Reef Beach (beautiful)|Oceanographic Centre|Sailfish Splash Water Park (perfect for younger children)|Local Malls|Further afield there's Palm Beach Zoo|Lion Country Safari|and more||Food wise we had breakfast one morning at Berry Fresh restaurant, which was lovely.||As we were self catering; there are many supermarkets nearby. Aldi is by far the cheapest and just like the stores in the UK, Walmart is always, always worth a visit, Public is like a British Waitrose (and more costly). All within a short drive.||The only thing I would say, and it didn't detract for me at all, is the accommodation is looking a little dated in areas (the jacuzzi tub and the bathrooms). But it was all spotlessly clean and regularly maintained by housekeeping (slightly different from the UK as we weren't expecting housekeeping and I kept washing all our towels :))||One other note - is toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, a small dishwashing soap, kitchen sponge, laundry detergent (small amount) teas/coffees/creamers are all supplied as well as the usual shampoo/conditioner and shower gel ||I have to give a special shout out to Mella, who worked on reception - she was a star. So so lovely, helpful & friendly. If we were to come back it would be because of her - thank you Mella - your cheerful greetings and helpfulness were greatly noticed and appreciated :)||All in all a fantastic stay at a good price.

We stayed in a one bedroom with a queen bed. Overall the room was outdated but clean. Had a full kitchen with apt sized frig. Had washer:dryer which was nice. The pool and hot tub area were nice and clean. The resort is close to all kinds of shopping. The unfortunate part of our stay was related to the construction of the room as well as rudeness of adjoining guest. Our room had a locked door which led to the adjoining apartment. There were gaps around the door so that even normal talking made it sound like the other guests were in our room. Unfortunately the guests next to us were screaming and yelling in their room well after midnight. We will not stay here again due to this experience. The resort needs to fix these adjoining doors so as not to impact guest experiences!

Positive: The room was very clean and spacious. Quiet and peaceful stay. Nice view from my window. All amenities were available. Negative: I hated I had to leave. Negative: ""

The location was excellent not only for golf but super market, stores and restaurants. Front desk wasn’t warm or friendly. Could use some training there. We arrived early and first thing said was “check in not till…” instead of “welcome, let me check to see if any rooms are available, might take me a couple minutes “ it does make a difference.

We really enjoyed our stay and the only reason I’m giving it 4* rather than 5* is because it’s an old property and needs a bit updating. We stayed in a premium one bedroom and it was a nice size. It was clean but the sofa was very uncomfortable and needed some scatter cushions. The bed was also uncomfortable, not up to the Sheraton/ Marriot standard for sure. We like to cook breakfast but found kitchen utensils lacking so this was difficult. Nice resort, very small and quaint. Although we stayed over Memorial weekend the pool was always very quiet which we enjoyed. Our next door neighbours held a very loud party one night however staff did shut it down at 11pm which was good. Would certainly stay here again as it was a nice base to visit the beaches nearby.Hopefully by the time we return the mattresses will have been updated.
