My wife and I had a terrific time at this castle looking hotel. Our children also enjoyed their stay. The two pools were very clean and it was nice to have the option between the two. This hotel also has professional security inside of it. We spoke with Officer James who was very nice. We would like to thank the management for having such a professional in James.

AVOID ‼️ The hotel is in need of a major upgrade. It feels as if it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. Cons: -super dated and old -AC units seem to be a recurring issue. (We had multiple people in our group with different rooms and seemed a lot of them had problems) -they nickel and dime you. Coffee is $2 in the lobby and the staff hide in a tiny room by the self pour then pop out and charge your right after. -pool was closed even though it’s 85 and sunny out -windows are super old and thin and single pane. Could hear the highway so loud. -all the beer and food at the hotel lobby bar was terrible and overpriced. All the draft beer tasted like soap Pros: -some of the staff was trying really hard and nice. Could tell management doesn’t care, but some of the front line staff was trying their best with what they got. Note - some other staff are just mailing it in and are not nice -the gym is old, but has the most amount of machines and weights I ever seen in a hotel gym ever

The hotel room was obscenely dusty. It looks like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in years. There were food crumbs all over our couch when we first entered the room, not to mention the stains, dirt, and dust on the floor, the nightstands, the clock, and the tv console, the tables, and the hardware. The bathroom toilet looked like the base had not been thoroughly cleaned. On top of that, there was a leak in the shower head, as well as a large gap between the shower knobs and the tile and the constant drip noise kept us up all night. The lobby was no better with perfume so strong it would burn your nostrils at all times of day. Additionally, the lobby furniture looked like it had not been wiped down for days. Overall, our stay was miserable, and we couldn’t wait to check out. $500 for two nights here is madness! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed at this hotel for a family function and had such a great time. James is very nice to deal with. Also would like to mention a shout out to Jerome engineering was great when we need something. Recommend the hotel will definitely will be back. Next August here we come…

I travel for business frequently and this "castle Sheraton" lived up to its name as one of the best hotels I've stayed at. My room was exceptionally clean and in great condition. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and everything I tried was great quality. Food service was excellent - particular shoutout to Dan at the bar who was welcoming and very professional. I had a burger my second night and it was top notch; one of the locals I spoke with says he comes here twice a week for it, and I can understand why! The gym and pool setup is definitely a plus, and was also very clean. Hotel also had extensive parking and convenient access to the interstate. All in all, easily 10/10, can't imagine staying anywhere else around here.

I started coming to this hotel for Chiller Theatre but never stayed overnight. I decided to book a mini-vacation with my son this weekend and have to say that I love this hotel even more now that I’ve stayed here. The rooms are so clean, the staff at the restaurant are out of this world nice, the pools are terrific. I hasn’t been here since it was renovated in 2016 and just wow 😯. We had a blast! It was exactly what we needed.

We recently stayed at this property to attend a nearby wedding. The first look at this property certainly feels like a castle. Although the hotel may not be as updated as others, the staff treat you like loyalty. Room were very clean, maid service very accommodating, and the front desk staff helped with questions. The hotel had a small lake behind it with a trail for walking which was a nice feature.|| I would like to give special kudos the restaurant and bar staff. We meet Thomas and Dan who was overwhelmed with several wedding parties into the late evening, and they did not sweat it. They were very friendly, just regular guys, who would stopped to chat when they had a chance. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.

After reading numerous reviews I booked a room for a "stay-cation" for my adult daughters and I. We wanted a day to relax by the pool and since this hotel had an indoor and outdoor option we knew we were covered in case it rains. In full disclosure, my family was in the hospitality business for 25 years so I want to be specific in my review. I'm going to start with the positives. The castle-like exterior is impressive and there were some beautiful flowering plants outside. I thought the lobby was lovely, the restaurant/bar area was nice with a rustic feel ( booths with Edison lights, barn doors) and the front desk staff were professional, cordial and efficient. I think the intended purpose of this hotel was to service the office buildings it is surrounded by however, this is no longer the case. This is a VERY BUSY hotel. There were two weddings, a reunion, and they just ran a Groupon special so the hotel was at full capacity. Had I know this I never would have booked a room. We arrived early so we could enjoy the amenities, I wanted to sit by the pool and my daughters wanted to work out so we headed towards the area and found to get to the pools, you have to walk through the gym which made the carpet in the gym soaking wet. You then walk through the indoor pool area which had so much chlorine it made your eyes burn as soon as you walk in, it was noisy and loaded with children and teenagers so the indoor pool was not an option. The photo of the outdoor pool is very deceiving. The view from the lounge chairs faces a brick wall giving it a prison feel. There was only one lounge chair left, it was broken and parked under a large vent. This pool seemed to have one adult for every five children - it packed with kids. One big plus - they had a life guard. My daughters went to the gym and I went to the lobby to wait for the room to be ready but there was no place to sit because a family of six chose to eat their brought lunch at the only sitting area in the lobby so I went to the bar. I ordered a glass of wine ( $14.00 ) and I had brought a Propel. I had to got to my car to get a few things then to the restroom and when I got back my wine and Propel were gone. The bartender didn't think I was coming back. I didn't look at a menu but all the food being served was bar food, pizza, etc. Hallways are drab and the carpet was stained and worn. Our room, which could use an update, had visible stains on the bedding and a large white stain on the only chair in the room. I wiped it with a chlorine wipe ( it came off) and thew a towel on the chair. This hotel is FILTHY which is something that is easily fixed and the reason I gave it a one star rating. Finally, at around 10:00, there was a full-blown tail gate party in the back of a pick up truck in the parking lot with about 20 people playing music and games. I mentioned it to the front desk as this is a real liability for a hotel and disrespectful to other guests. I really wanted to like this place but it's a wedding factory and place for the locals to bring their kids and use the pool.
