Sheraton Orlando North Hotel - Hotel in Maitland - 600 N Lake Destiny Rd, USA

This hotel has an INCREDIBLE staff. Above and beyond helpful and professional. They deserve a FAR BETTER hotel. I was moved 3 times in 5 days because the air conditioning did not work in each of our given rooms. The staff's professionalism made it bearable but moving rooms at 12:30 am. with 3 back surgeries and 5 heart procedures under your belt is not a fun experience. It's a lovey hotel. However, Sheridan really needs to do better by this hotel and their staff with major improvements to their rooms ac units.

Fabiana provided outstanding service. She greeted me with professionalism, kindness and she is most definitely a wonderful asset to this property. She advised me about the restaurants on property and all the amenities as well as where to park closest to the entrance. I prefer staying at Sheraton properties and this one was both very clean and quiet.

This hotel has been around for a very long time. I do love its modern look design and amenities downstairs that I offered. However, I do feel the club level was very hot on that particular floor at arrival. We did notify front desk. They were very attentive and did take steps to fix issues immediately with our concerns. We were given a better view and room which we did appreciate and made this stay better. The location is my most favorite aspect of this hotel. It is right off of I-4 and will get you to destinations, malls, restaurants,or attractions, within 20 to 30 minutes. The cleanliness was a little better than average and it did seem pretty quiet at the time of our stay. This hotel is very well able to accommodate conferences and classes. Parking is an additional fee and the location seems very safe to stay.

Fabiana was hands down the highlight of my stay! From the moment I arrived, her friendly and personable nature stood out. We quickly got on a first-name basis, and by the end of my stay, it felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend rather than just a hotel employee. Fabiana’s warmth made every interaction a pleasure, and she always made time to chat and ensure I had everything I needed. Whether I had a question or just wanted to share a laugh, she was right there with a genuine smile. Her kindness and approachability made me feel truly at home. Fabiana is a true gem, and her five-star service is something I’ll remember long after my trip.

We had our first room hvac turn off while we were gone. When we came back to the room it smelled so bad. Similar to my dogs feet. We moved rooms and I gotta say the other room had the smell as well but not as pungent since the hvac was running. It’s gross and we had a headache all weekend during our stay. Please revise the 4 star hotel. This is not one.

Would not recommend. I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past, & was sad to see how it has declined since my last stay in 2020. The first room we were had smelled strongly of mold so they put us in a new room. The new room was nice, but after 2 hours of running the AC I noticed the temperature in the room had gone from 77 to 78. Went to call the desk & the phone was broken and not even plugged in (showing they were aware it was broken), so I went to call on my cell phone. As I'm calling on my cell all the power goes out (no generator, pitch black!). Had to leave for several hours to allow time to get the power back on. Our room got up to 80 degrees that night, but the next day they were able to swap out our unit thankfully. On our 5th day there one of the employees approached my underage daughter multiple times at the pool making conversation and then proceeded to follow her into the restroom which scared her to death. I do give the hotel credit for taking swift action with the employee though. Overall, I would not recommend staying here until they put some money into upgrading this hotel. There dangerous are loose tiles around the pool, the hot tub jets don't work, and there is apparently one nasty microwave to service the entire hotel which is in the lobby? It is a beautiful hotel, I certainly hope they will put some money into doing the repairs it needs.

Beautiful and very good service. Only thing is be careful on the balconies, I had to change rooms four times in order to enjoy the deluxe room that comes with balcony and chairs. Every balcony has huge wasp nests and wasps flying all over. Have a young daughter who can't get stung due to allergic to wasps but the front desk young Man took care of us with a very nice upgrade and still have a wasp nest on the suite balcony. Let's just say my daughter didn't get to enjoy the balcony at all. Everything else is here is amazing. Bring wasp spray when staying here.

Decent stay at the Sheraton Orlando north. Great location, right off the highway. They have EV Chargers on site and depending on how busy it is, you can charge your EV for free. Parking was $17 per night and was not included. When I checked in the staff was friendly and the room was initially very clean. It was nice to have a small balcony to step out and get some fresh air. The temperature in Orlando was around 100° degrees when I was in town. On day 2 I requested towels, which I did not get. I needed to go down to the front desk. They also did not have washcloths for 2 days. On day three I spoke to the housekeepers and asked them to clean the room and change the sheets. Left for the day, came back around 5 p.m. and the room had not been cleaned. Called down to the front desk and had to get towels again. While at the pool area I saw a kid pee in the pool. I told the front desk and... Nothing was done. The pool wasn't closed and I didn't see any chemicals added. I sat down near the pool area for at least an hour after reporting this to the front desk. So while the room was nice and spacious and initially clean there are definitely some management, and housekeeping issues that need to be addressed
