Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel - Hotel in Minnetonka - 12201 Ridgedale Dr, USA

At first glance it is a beautiful atrium hotel. Very nice decor and soothing colors. Now let's talk about the bathroom with its ridiculously long vanity but only one sink. How about the toilet that is so low to ground its like sitting on floor. It is the right height for children not full grown adults. Why is it we tried to heat up the room and temperature stayed at 68. We were cold our whole stay. I called for blankets 3 times and was finally brought something that didn't remotely resemble a blanket. It was an empty duvet cover. The pool is warm and hot tub hot. That's how warmed up.

We stayed 3 nights in a King room. The room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable, our view was a wooded area - completely private. The hotel was quiet and an atrium style which we think feels more open. The staff were responsive and very friendly. The hotel breakfast was buffet style and convenient ($18) but I'd grab breakfast somewhere with more options and less expense. Location is perfect, across from the mall, restaurants, and right off the freeways. We will be back!

It was my first time at a Sheraton hotel. Had a wonderful time! The staff was very professional! The ambiance was very delightful! It almost felt as if it was Christmas. The only reason I am rating it a four instead of a five star, is because the pool (On a weekend day) didn't open till 9AM! But on a weekday, it opens at 8AM, which I thought was kind of backwards... The second reason, was because the rooms don't have microwaves. BUT after asking the front desk, they actually provide a entire room with 3 microwaves. It almost looks like a mini break room without the tables and chairs. Third reason, you have to pay for Breakfast. In which, i totally understand. Hotels normally offwe free breakfast but a lot of people are busy sleeping in and I'm assuming a ton of food gets tossed out because of that. Besides that everything was SPOT ON! Even the microwaves were very, very, VERY clean.

Excellent hotel. Staff were quick and friendly. Room was clean and really nice. Lobby is immaculate. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. Cannot beat the quality of the stay for the price. Right outside downtown Minneapolis and just across the street from a great mall.

Hotel was fantastic. Price was right when I booked it the day of, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Initially I was given a room that smelled like cigarettes, so I asked to switch, which they accommodated, but they put me in a double room when I had booked a king. The next day I asked to be moved back into a king room because my double room had an awkward hallway-facing window. They apologized for the trouble and offered me points (didn’t have an account unfortunately) or a breakfast voucher (worth $18 supposedly). Was satisfied with my experience. Room soap smelled very nice as well. I gave a star off of the rooms rating because honestly, many of the rooms have hallway windows and they are very awkward.

Older Hotel well kept but long hallways & walkways & no microwaves in the rooms. Not an accessible hotel if you have limited mobility. Too much walking but, the indoor pool & hot tub is more of an intimate setting. In the center of all the rooms. In Minnetonka so more on the bujee side across from Ridgedale Mall.

This hotel was so pleasant to stay at. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I wish I got the name of the young lady at the desk but I forgot to ask. It’s quiet, peaceful and comfy. Minor ant issue but nothing worth a bad review. I would stay here again without question.
