This hotel was fine. It was mostly quiet and clean. There were a few concerning issues. The pool was dirty. There was dirt and rocks in the pool and there was a clear line where the water met the dirty tiles. Dirty dishes sat in the hallway for extended periods of time.|In the bathroom, the lights were controlled by a motion sensor next to the door. So, when anyone was in the shower, the lights kept turning off. This is a safety hazard. I called a family member to turn them back on, but if I had been traveling alone, getting out of a shower, wet, in the dark to turn them back on would be dangerous. |They also no longer have the robot butlers. Parking was over priced, we should have just parked in the neighborhood near the hotel.

Just wanted to take the moment to recognize "Itzel" for being so welcoming and friendly for my registration. She recommended some restaurants but just took the time to meet and greet. The hotel is certainly well maintained. The only draw back is the poor TV station selection.

I don’t usually like doing this but my experience earlier tonight was not acceptable. I had stayed here about 2 months ago in July and thought this hotel was pretty decent, nothing spectacular, fairly good location. So I had a reservation for 2 nights, after driving back up from San Diego with the wife and 2 kids looking to relax. Everything was smooth at check in, no issues. I get to my room, as I open the door, a weird smell hits me, reminded me of my grandmas apartment of moth balls and old blankets. I go back to the front desk and they change my room no problem, no issues from me everyone is happy. I get to the 2nd room, all seems normal, we unload the cart that I dragged around the 5th floor. After all the luggage was in the room my wife was feeling itchy on her legs, and then she screams that there are fleas biting her leg. She said that is gross so we decided to leave, we had to load the cart back up and head downstairs to cancel our reservation. As we are downstairs, I find a flea on my 5 year old son’s shirt and it jumped around onto his body. He freaks out and starts to cry. Nasty. Since we had to cancel, we had to scramble to find a place to stay for the 2 nights we intended to be at the Sheraton. The staff was accommodating with canceling without putting up any fuss, so that was appreciated. But overall, I think this issue needs to be addressed and fixed. It turns out 2 years ago a user by the name of Bill G also had issue with fleas. It’s a busy hotel so I am pretty sure we are not the only 2 that have experienced it. Just never reported. I took photos to show that this was not made up. I was just really frustrated so I had to write a review so everyone can see and think twice before staying there. I am pretty sure people will still stay there and they will be just fine. But I will most certainly not be coming back here again. I hope I don’t take these fleas home with me.

One of the best Sheraton/Marriott properties in the area. It's near the freeways and plenty of underground parking spaces. The lobby is spacious and luxurious. The rooms are the modern type that have been remodeled. Staff is friendly and the hotel is well maintained. This is my preferred places to stay every time when I am in the area.

Two stays, two different experiences. Our first stay was in a king room, comfortable and quiet. Our second stay was in a suite, with a separate living room. We were offered late check out upon check in for both stays. We were uninterrupted on our first stay. Bafflingly, a little after 2pm on our second stay I was woken up during an extremely needed nap by pounding on the door and then a phone call from the front desk. They insisted that check out was 2pm for suites, which I explained was not communicated to us at check in. The woman who called put me on hold for what felt like forever and then said they’d “make the exception” which was an odd response. We had made our plans based on the 4pm timing but we packed up and by 3:30 attempted to make a cup of coffee in the concierge lounge for the ride home. Our keys did not work, and we were forced to return to the lobby to ask why. Luis, the same agent who had checked us in for both our stays, was so helpful and reissued keys for the lounge and offered his apologies for the confusion about the check out times. The property is nicely decorated and the rooms are clean. There is lots of interesting food in the area, plenty within walking distance, but it’s a no frills neighborhood.

Nice hotel with a beautiful lobby and good sized room and bathroom! Lots of restaurants nearby. My in laws had access to the lounge and their food selection was very nice. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or their amenities but our family enjoyed our stay.

Outrageous Service and Unresolved Refund Issue. I stayed at this hotel on June 8, 2024, and was overcharged $18 for parking. Despite their promise to refund within maximum 35 business days, I have yet to receive my money back!!! This is completely unacceptable! I am absolutely furious about this situation. The level of service at this hotel is appalling. This experience has left me utterly disgusted. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to be unfairly charged and then ignored when you seek a refund.

Club serves rotten fruit. Had to spit out watermelon that was rancid. Management made all kinds of accusations, negated that it happened even no one else complained and wanted to charge me $50 for a 4pm checkout. Terrible Club breakfast worse than mid level Marriotts. Hot meals at Club from 4 to 6 only.
