Ok I read the bad reviews and decided to give this place a chance. I work for Marriott at a small hotel location and I understand bad reviews. So the hotel is really nice and the employees are nice. However I booked a family and friends rate. And I drove 5 hours to get to the hotel. When we got there they told us they canceled the reservation due to the card being denied and instead of calling us they supposedly sent an email. We never got an email if they would've called us I would've gave them a new card number. I changed it on the Marriott app more than once and it keeps going back to the old card. I asked the front desk to reinstate the reservation but he said no. Like I said I work for Marriott and it's actually very easy to do. Then I asked if he could honor the rate or at least make the walk in rate cheaper and he said no. Then when I said I was going to call Marriott he said we'll you better book it now because we're almost sold out. We had no choice to book his rate which was 400 dollars more than what we originally had. After I spoke to Marriott they said they couldn't do anything about it because I already checked in. It's not fair I felt pressured to book with the front desk and my family was already exhausted and I couldn't book another place for the same rate last minute. So my honest opinion good hotel, but terrible front desk service. I can't believe we work for the same company. Never coming back, I don't recommend they are rude people.

A hotel that makes you feel like home. The staff here are deeply thoughtful, who listens to your needs with true empathy and timely action. Among many magical moments, let me share one. We forgot our luggage when we left. We felt so stressed and asked the front desk. Jessica and the team were able to quickly confirm that the suitcase was safely stored in the lost and found. Michelle who manages housekeeping got in touch with me soon after that and sent me a follow up email (with my consent) to coordinate the communication with the team. The end of the story? We were able to successfully retrieve our luggage, feeling deep gratitude for the whole team and the amazing communication throughout the process. Definitely coming back to visit my “new families” from time to time. Thank you team ! ( If you are reading this as well :)

The experience at this hotel was wonderful this is because had a corner view room. The room was pretty big with 2 beds and from the room can see the runways of LaGuardia Airport with planes landing and takeoff. The service was wonderful and the location was amazing.

Hated it! Just landed for a job and I live in Arizona. I wanted to see if that had day rooms just to refresh and head out for the day. They did not. Before leaving I asked to use the lobby restroom, the representative looked me up and down and said I had to have a room key for the lobby bathroom. I just wanted to wash my hands. Wow.

The hotel was under renovation during our visit, so I will be taking that into account for this review. The room was very clean, beds were amazingly comfy. TV was in a weird spot, it was on one side of the double bed room when it would have made more sence to have it in the middle. The mini fridge was questionable and really didn't do much and the coffee station was meh. Both bedroom and bath passed the black light check except for the very corners of the room which are hard to reach with a vacuum (I used to be a hotel maid and know how tricky those areas are.) The other area was the wall by the bathroom trashcan. That area definitely had not seen cleaner in a very long time. The employees I dealt with were very nice and courteous. It was hard for a few to understand or be understood due to language differences. Room service charged us $15 for a lox bagel when we clearly asked, repeatedly for a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese and was told that we could not refund the price. Was given three little bottles of OJ to make up for it. And then had to beg the woman to take the salmon away that came with the lox bagel. Room service was beyond diligent in their duties to the point of being annoying as they kept knocking even though the privacy sign was on the door and we hadn't even been checked in for more then a couple of hours. The food in the lobby was pricey, at least to me. It came to $27+ for 2 muffins, 2 Danishes and a small cup of black coffee. Parking was great. We used the valet parking. They were very polite and took great care of my car. The for three days in the valet was only $38. The location might be a little much some as it's a very busy area. But, just walking around the block you can find anything you need for very cheap. The food from the vendors is delicious and the local grocery store is awesome. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, an arcade, drug store and more. Overall it was a very nice place to spend the weekend.

I was told that the hotel has a complementary shuttle. I waited in the designated area for long time, then called the hotel. I was told that I should have called for the shuttle. Other hotel shuttles were passing by several times like rotating to pick their guests. At the beginning, they gave me hard time saying I don’t even have a reservation then after giving my reservation number numbers, I was told to wait for 40 minutes. Longer than that, the shuttle showed up not because I called, but because the shuttle was dropping someone to the airport. I edited my review. The room was clean. The location is within China town so if you like to visit and explore.

Very nice hotel situated in flushing. Best types of Asian food in all of the NYC within walking distance. Man, so many massage parlors in the area felt like I was getting proposition constantly for a massage. Other than that the food was phenomenal!

Just moments ago, one of the hotel reception staff at the front desk refused our polite request to ask for a key to the restroom due to the belief that he didn't think we looked like people who could afford to stay at this hotel. My friends and I have been coming here regularly since last year and the previous staff were very polite. If you can see my comment, I hope you never find a bathroom when you're in a hurry. We'll never come back again.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room, the location, the staff. If ever back in NYC, we definitely come here again. It's a 45-50 minutes metro ride to the city center. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. There are shops and resta
