It was a great event. Christian and tabby and Perry took wonderful care of us. Made some awesome beverages. We had an awesome dinner. Enjoy some great music thank you so much for doing such a great job and take care of our friends for their 40th anniversary.
I dined at the restaurant recently, and I must give a special shout-out to Jessica C., my server. From the moment I walked up to the entrance, she was incredibly accommodating and attentive. I was all set to order my usual meal, but Jessica suggested trying something new—a dish I had never considered before. I decided to trust her recommendation, and I am so glad I did! The meal was absolutely delicious, easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Jessica's knowledge of the menu and her genuine enthusiasm made the dining experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to see her again!
We stayed here a few weeks back and enjoyed dinner so much that we came back for a date night. Jessica C. took care of us and gave us GREAT service. The brussel sprouts are a must! And boom boom shrimp! We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and great conversation.
Jessica C. Provided excellent service during our dinner. She offered great suggestions from the menu and was very attentive throughout our experience. The prime rib, pork ends, and bread pudding were delicious. We will definitely come back in the future.
My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and decided to come for a stay-cation. Upon checking in, Dion was warm and inviting. When I told her about our anniversary, she upgraded our room and made sure we could check in early so we could enjoy the pool and spa. The rooftop is really nice and the food from the restaurants is really good. The Sheraton is truly a hidden gem in Flowood Mississippi!
We came in and stayed until Sunday for our wedding staycation before our trip to Jamaica. The customer service was challenging. You can tell they are understaffed. 1. The Thursday night check in was wonderful. The guy was Tat so nice. And the secruity was helpful. It was dead but the rooftop bartender white guy was very nice. 2. My wedding day we returned to the hotel to the lobby to wait on the rooftop to open. I was asking the bartender about ordering appetizers and his opinion and was told by my maid of honor everyone just wanted one ticket and to wait so I asked him was the same food upstairs and he said yes I said ok well they don’t want anything so don’t worry about it. We leave and go outside and when I come back the bartender tells me he still put the order in even though I canceled it. The manager Renada yells and tells me they make the orders fast and no matter what I’ll be paying for it. I told her right then she was was rude. And the way she said it and was walking away was like we were peasants. I was in my wedding dress. And it wasn’t a busy Friday so everyone with me heard her and it was upsetting. She was out of line. Any other day and that would have ended very differently. She needs a diversity training as well as a customer service training. 3. The spa was great. But we were charged twice. We paid before and after. Waiting on Tuesday to sort that out. Regardless they had the best customer service at the entire establishment. 4. Beyoncé our housekeeper was amazing. 5. “Lady at the bar” she signs her tickets at the outside pool was amazing. Extremely organized she may have been one of the best bartenders there. 6. The lady who serves at breakfast with glasses and braids amazing! 7. Ms. Thomas at the front desk very patient. 8. It’s a very low morale there for people of color. I was served after white customers even if I walked up before them. Some African American staff members just seemed annoyed by us and we were still tipping. I know for sure I was ignored twice even though I came up to the bar first. There wasn’t a sense of urgency like I observed with other customers. 9. Chad Perry entertainment was great. 10. You guys can do without the lack of professionalism especially from Renada. Some training on multitasking wouldn’t hurt.
Very pleasantly surprised. This is a nicest place. I have stayed in the state of Mississippi! The linens were clean. The rooms were clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were spot on. The staff was good and accommodating.

Jimmy was very sweet, professional and swift. My husband and I have never had a check in to go that smoothly. Room was nice and clean. You can tell she was passionate about her job and helping others. That is what the rest of these hotels need to emu
This place is a great outdoor place to walk dogs or to bring kids. I have taken my dog here many times and he loves it. I led a mission trip of some high schoolers from texas and I brought them here for lunch and they loved it. Everyone was impressed
Trust me. I'm picky and this place serves AMAZING food. Every order is prepared fresh. The owner and staff are so accommodating and personable. The catfish is some of the best ice ever had. Generous portions too! Highly recommend!!
Service is by far the best I have ever experienced. All of the coffee drinks are awesome and their caramel frappe is to die for. I highly recommend this place over any other coffee shop out there. They are way better than Starbucks and a lot cheaper.
delicious food and everyone is so nice and the woman who ran our food even made jokes with us:) i usually go through the drive thru and was surprised how nice the inside is. they also have watermelon tea and strawberry lemonade both were very delicio
