Absolutely loved staying here! The room in itself was very nice - it was clean, spacious, had all the bells and whistles and was very well maintained. No smell or unclean corner anywhere. The views of the mountains from the room was just cherry on the top. The staff was wonderful as well. Had one issue with the TV remote and they managed to fix it right away. Breakfast was wonderful too (for plat/titanium elites). Plenty of food options and great seating area. The Sheraton Club on the 12th level was a nice addition - snacks and drinks whenever you want. All in all, I had a terrific time staying here. 100% looking forward to my next stay over here.

1. No valet|2. The overall look is from the 80’s that looks like a bank, it is time for a renovation already|a. Yellow walls|b. Very dark fake wood|3. The sink is outside the bathroom|4. When the air conditioner works, it is so loud you have to put the TV volume to 30 so all neighbors can hear you… or maybe they can’t because their AC is on too|5. You can’t adjust the AC to lower than 70… and the temp doesn’t really get to 70.. it was warm in the room the entire night|6. The AC was turned completely off when we walked into the room on a day that it was almost 100 outside in DENVER!|7. Some kind of rancid smell|8. The halls and elevators are a dark brown with worn carpet. I cringed every time I had to walk around|9. Oh, and don’t forget that while you are walking around, there is a weird vibe from the vacant “conference center” that makes it feel like a bad horror movie|10. Even if you get past all this, you put your swimsuit on to go down the pool or hot tub (that was pictured in the listing) and…. After walking through the conference center to get to the pool/hot tub… which is very weird…There is no hot tub and the pool has been drained!|Extra note as I am typing this: The “emergency” alarm is going off and the staff doesn’t know why it is going off or how to turn it off. And again around 2:00 am.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was in the middle of everything we did in 4 days. Undercover parking. Front desk people were very nice. In the beaus lounge, the food was great. The lady who worked in the bar was so nice. She was a great conversationalist, which is exactly what she should be. Room service didn't come every day. We had to ask the front desk to have them service our room. The hotel is off the main freeway, so it's peaceful for Denver, lol. We definitely will return.

I should have known things had gone downhill at this hotel when I pulled up and noticed that the sign at the top of the building now says 'Sher' because the 'aton' had fallen off. ||It took around 15 minutes to check-in after a long flight from London because there were no staff to be found. After wandering around the lobby, I asked in the bar and they said to just go wait at reception. When I got to my room, I unpacked everything (while noticing it smelled like someone had smoked in the room recently) and wanted to just crash into bed... when I opened the curtains and found that 1/2 the window was broken and held together with duct tape (see photos). I was on the 6th floor!! ||I also noticed that the headboard looked filthy on one side, only to discover the plastic leather had worn away from years of people leaning against it to watch TV. Too tired to repack, I decided I'd ask for a room change in the morning.||In the morning I called guest services multiple times with no answer. I stopped by reception on the way out but again, there was no one to be found and I didn't want to spend another 10-15 mins waiting for someone to appear. Since I stayed there for 6 nights I did start to notice that the reason there was no one at reception is because they were out front smoking cigarettes. ||I wouldn't say the room was exactly clean. It looked tired and there was plenty of mold in the shower. The shower always leaked onto the floor and there was no mini-fridge in the room so don't ask for any doggie bags while you're out. My room didn't get cleaned on two days because house keeping didn't come around until the afternoon and I happened to be in my room when they were on my floor. ||I did mention all of this when I checked out, hoping that I'd get some form of discount or compensation given I'd paid 'Sheraton prices' for such an unpleasant stay. I was told to send my feedback in an email which would go to the manager, whom the staff pointed at while he walked past. No attempt to make things better then and there and the onus was put on me to try and resolve such a poor stay. I feel like I've been left with no choice but to tell others to avoid the Sheraton Denver West.

We stayed for two nights (June 7-8) and both mornings NO HOT WATER at all, zero. Manager didn't seem to care very much. They could have given us a free breakfast voucher, but nothing, just too bad deal with it. The hotel is run down and old. Nothing is in good shape or well maintained. My recommendation is to find a much better place to stay. There are better hotels just down the street that are in way better condition.

I booked this hotel for a show I was attending at Red Rocks. The parking lot has some tight spaces but it is covered which is nice with the weather I experienced while I was there. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice thing to walk into everyday. The building and rooms themselves are a little dated and dark but I enjoyed it. There was a large window in my room that I could see some of the mountains from which was nice. There were two separate showers in the bathroom which was different but I enjoyed them both. The walls are thin as I was woken up two different days by a screaming infant in the room next to me. But the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the location for going to and getting back from my concert. I also had a microwave and decent size mini fridge which was great for storing and reheating some leftovers. However, I would not recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Overall I did enjoy my stay at the Sheraton Denver!

Imagine stepping into a time machine set to the 1980s, but instead of landing in a neon-lit paradise, you find yourself in a bank lobby. Welcome to the Sheraton Denver West Hotel, where the only thing missing is a DeLorean parked out front. Oh wait, there’s no valet, so scratch that.||The hotel’s decor is a nostalgic nod to an era that should have stayed in the past. Yellow walls and dark fake wood accents scream for a renovation. The sink is thoughtfully placed outside the bathroom, because who needs privacy when brushing their teeth?||The air conditioner, when it decides to work, sounds like a jet engine. You’ll need to crank the TV volume to 30 just to hear over the noise, but don’t worry, your neighbors are probably doing the same. Adjusting the AC below 70 degrees is a pipe dream, and even then, the room never quite reaches that temperature. On a day when Denver hit nearly 100 degrees, we walked into a room with the AC completely off. Thanks for the warm welcome, Sheraton.||A mysterious rancid smell lingered in the air, adding to the overall ambiance. The halls and elevators are a dark brown with worn carpet, making every trip feel like a journey through a haunted house. Speaking of which, the vacant conference center gives off a vibe straight out of a bad horror movie.||The “vending area” is home to a solitary ice machine that was unplugged, adding to the charm. And while contemplating ordering food at the “bistro,” we overheard the sole bartender inform the patrons next to us that the kitchen had just lost all electricity. The only offerings? Hummus and croutons. Bon appétit!||And just when you think it can’t get any worse, you don your swimsuit to enjoy the pool or hot tub, only to find that the hot tub doesn’t exist and the pool is drained. After navigating the eerie conference center in your swim suit to get there, it’s the final nail in the coffin of this disappointing stay.||In summary, if you’re looking for a trip down memory lane to the 80s, complete with all its flaws, the Sheraton Denver West is your destination. Otherwise, you might want to look elsewhere. We will be setting our alarms early to get Back to the Future!||Extra note as I am typing this: The “emergency” alarm is going off and the staff doesn’t know why it is going off or how to turn it off.||P.S. The staff was friendly so this is not a reflection on them.

I hate leaving bad reviews, we are easy going, frequent travelers and now have laughs about how many things went wrong at this hotel during our visit. Sharing to save someone else from spending their time and money here. After check in we went to shower before dinner. The shower was ice cold. We informed the staff and they sent someone to fix the issue. Later we noticed the AC was running non-stop without kicking off. The next day was substantially warmer, outside temps near 90. By mid day the temp inside our room was over 80. Maintenance came, making multiple trips but had it blowing cool air again, unfortunately only for a few hours. It was a HOT night, we went to the hall for relief. The staff suggested we move rooms. Waiting for an available room took most of the morning/early afternoon but we were told to stay close by to make sure we got into a new room, requiring us to cancel our plans for the day. Once in the new room we went to take a shower before our evening plans, only to find the shower in the new room wouldn’t turn on. Multiple trips from Maintenance and an hour later it was fixed. Although we were never upset, the staff (all but one) seemed annoyed by us and the issues we were experiencing. We were offered a free breakfast voucher, which when used resulted in a rude wait staff experience. We chose this property due to the location, going forward we will gladly drive 5 extra miles to stay at a Hilton property.

Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
