Here is our checklist for when we stayed at this hotel:||Room-clean and it is very roomy. A lot of space|Bed-clean and comfy. No stains, bedsheets are clean and tucked in nicely|Refrigerator-yes mini|Microwave-no|Breakfast-no|Bathroom-clean|Toilet-clean/doesn't clog|Shower-water pressure ok, but needs to upgrade shower head|Air-condition - works good/not noisy|Smell - no weird smell in the room or lobby. Clean smell|Area is safe, far away from the city. Surrounded by big plants and trees. Seems secluded at first when we drove thru to get there.|View-no view|Pool - spa was under renovation. Pool smells like pee and it looks outdated and dirty|Built-2008 renovated 2013|Price - $230/night/summer/weekend||Overall would stay again if just needed an overnight and just sleep and go type of situation. Room and bed is clean but if planning to enjoy the pool, make sure to call ahead and ask if they have cleaned it thoroughly. For the price you pay, it needs to be well maintained especially they don’t offer free breakfast.
Disappointing Stay with Multiple Service and Management Issues My friend and I recently stayed at Sheraton BWI and we are deeply disappointed by several aspects of my experience, from customer service to billing issues. Unfortunately, the staff at Sheraton made us feel unwelcome and disrespected by making unfounded assumptions about our reasons for staying. This was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. The hotel advertised certain amenities that were not available, which was misleading and contributed to our dissatisfaction. We specifically asked about the hot tub and was told it was available. However it was not. The pool was disgusting, cloudy, and full of bundles of hair. Additionally, when we asked for a menu, the request was met with disdain, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. After being moved to a different room, we were left without keys, resulting in an unnecessary and lengthy wait in the hallway. This kind of oversight is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the hotel's attention to guest comfort. The bartender's attitude was off-putting, and the quality of the drinks did not meet expectations. This, coupled with being overcharged for the room and almost charged for a dinner that was supposed to be complimentary, resulted in a very negative experience. Being charged twice for the room led to a significant and unwarranted financial burden of $750. This error is a serious issue that needs to be addressed promptly by the hotel management to prevent future guests from facing similar problems. The only good experience I had, was when Dre from the kitchen came to the room to personally deliver the house salad that the restaurant forgot to put in the to-go bag. I met him at the door to our room and he was full of smiles and apologies for the inconvenience. Dre definitely was a highlight of this whole fiasco. Side note- that many mushrooms do not belong on a hose salad. Overall, the series of service failures and billing errors made my stay at Sheraton extremely unsatisfactory and overwhelming for a weekend getaway that was meant to be a rest and reset trip. I cannot recommend this hotel, as the staff's behavior and management's oversight considerably detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay.
The service and friendliness were the worst I have ever experienced in the USA. We had disgustingly dirty bed covers that were back on the bed the next day even though we complained about them. The manager we wanted to speak to never showed up and the lady at the reception desk rudely turned us away. She also said that it was our fault that we didn't wait for the manager, only to say in the next sentence that he wasn't there all day anyway. We never received a response to a phone call request either. So if you can avoid it, don't visit this hotel.
This Hotel Staff is best of the best! I have always been made to feel welcome. The location is perfect if your visiting the Baltimore or the DC area, and is a quick 5 minute drive to BWI. (The hotel has a shuttle service if you need.) The restaurant has a nice menu (the Salmon is so good!) BEAUTIFUL Dinning area, fireplace, casual sitting area as well as tables. Full service Bar. I truly appreciate this staff, the hotel is older but full of Marriot Grace and Ambiance.
I have stayed here numerous times. Not a four or five star hotel. Tonight I kept being awaken by a loud family in the hallway. I called the front desk and they said they’d take care of it. Front desk did not. They asked if I’d be willing to change rooms. 10 minutes later I let the family reunion in the hallway know that people were trying to sleep. Another 10 minutes later I called the front desk again and they told me I was yelling at them. Asked if I’d come downstairs to get a new room key for another room. I told them they could bring me the key. Management would not ask the people to be quiet or move in their rooms. I had to move. Don’t stay here.
Positive: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Negative: BEDBUGS!!!!! Our room wasn't in active infestation but there were signs, and the guest 2 rooms over actually had them and could not change rooms! Also general cleanliness of the room/bathroom was just not great at all.
When we enter the hotel room, there was no soap, the bathroom was dirty and there was a streak of blood on the pillow case. And no microwave. The charger on the light was not working, and the room was expensive. I wouldn’t recommend coming here
The power in our home went out during a heatwave and the hotel staff helped us get the perfect room for our needs with pet-friendly accomodations as we needed to get our pets out of the heat. The guy at the front desk (sorry I didn't catch his name!) was absolutely awesome and did everything he could to help in a timely manner and I couldn't be more grateful. The only gripe I could possibly share is that in the end, as others have said, the rooms are in need of upgrades, especially for the price and being right next to the Westin at which I've also stayed at in the past. But with that great of service, I'd be inclined to stay again.

Slightly dated hotel but the location is great. Staff was busy and still super helpful and polite. Somehow they ran out of breakfast, it must have been a very full hotel all week. Not an issue for me, I used the kitchenette to reheat pizza and make
Nice clean place. Only issue is the bathrooms are dimly lit. There are 2 small lights above the sink and I have a 20/20 vision. I had to use my cell phone to bright the room enough to make sure I didnât hit my toes on the corners. Thatâs not a hu

I've been a customer here for over 50 years. From Chuck's to the Pharmacy. The sub shop, the Post Office, Keller's Bakery, the Food Mart. Matsu Japanese restaurant (Love their sushi) and just discovered Flowers Extraordanaire. I love this place.
