I have been a member here for a while, and I enjoy coming here. The owners and staff are very kind and professional. I have a great time here and always feel welcome. I highly recommend this club for all your favorite activities on state of the art equipment, saunas, steam rooms, and pool.

Was signed up with them for about a year and loved it and then moved and canceled. They still charged me or 6 months when I called to get it delt with the girl on the phone was super rude said that I needed to clear out my phone and then maybe they would have gotten ahold of me and basically made me seem like a idiot and anytime I said told her about me canceling she would just go round and say that that's not true. Clearly the owners have gone hill.

The energy here is as calming or motivating as you might need. The humans that work here are kind and helpful. This is my second visit. I actually woke up early to come ride the bike. I went to Thailand and back (only kidding)! I feel like exercise royalty and I am a newby exerciser. Give this place a try. I bet (if I were a betting human) you will love it here too! Next visit, a class in the swimming pool. PS- lovely seasoned seniors check your insurance...you too may be eligible for membership! Great gym. Clean, equipment is in good repair. Great mix of free weights and machines as well as cardio equipment

I just recently signed up for a new membership. I went to the Weight & conditioning class Wednesday at 6 pm. What a great class and a great instructor. We used dumbbells Weight bar, adjustable steps and yoga mat for stretching after wards. It was a great workout, definatly gets you sweating and your heart rate up.

The gym stays clean. You can expect a friendly community. Day pass for me was $15 today. They have a variety of dumbbells, kettlebells and bar bells. Many form of machines as well. There's a pool for laps. A racquet ball court and a small dojo with classes in karate, mma and bjj. They support local businesses with cards for merchants around the area. I rather enjoyed my lift hitting deadlifts on their platform. It's fairly easy to load/unload your weight on. Their clips are more oldschool but effective.

I love its my favorite hangout of all time great steam,room Chet and randy can observe members having different personalities without judgement amd the staff and members amazingly know how to open to people best gym in the state.me and my buddy Richard Beckman would have an amazing agreement on that he's a nice guy too

This place is wonderful and friendly and offers amazing access to all kinds of fitness machines and classes. I would suggest anyone looking for a welcoming fitness atmosphere to join up and see what it's all about. And to top it off they offer the best rates in town for what they offer. Hands down best fitness center in town.
