Shelby Bottoms Nature Play Area - Park in Nashville - Shelby Bottoms Greenway, USA

Great place to walk around and enjoy your day.

I can remember going there with my grandparents when I was a little girl, back in 1956/57. Also the picnics by the river. I can remember rolling down one of the hills beside a building that had a concession stand and restrooms. Haven't been there in a long time but from the pictures it looks very nice.

Beautiful Park a great place to start a very long bike trail. It has very nice playgrounds, picnic areas, the trails are dog friendly, I'm not that sure about the restrooms and there are a lot of places for kids to play.

Nice park now. They've redone a lot of things. Nice walking trails and beautiful views. They even have a nature center now although its small. They have a room just for small children, books, etc. I had a really nice time walking along the river and on the track. The trail is awesome. I would suggest this park to anyone. Great relaxing getaway for the day.

Great place to walk, jog, bike or skate, while getting lovely views. Also a great place to play Pokemon Go, the path has tons of Pokespots.

A beautiful park by the river with lots of trails for walking and biking. There's also an open field for families to play together. It's a great place to get some exercise and enjoy nature.

My kids love it here. There is a sand pit area with trucks, shovels, and other toys. There is a little shack/clubhouse. They have a big rope web for the kids to climb on. There is a water pump. It sits next to the Nature Center, convenient for potty breaks. There is decent shade and a couple of picnic tables. The only recommendation I have is don't bring them in their "good" clothes/shoes.
