The selection, variety of items, prices: all 5 stars! I spent over an hour here earlier in the week and had an absolute blast! I even scored this yarn tree that’s very similar to one I had as a kid!

I shop here every so often but today I went and did the store.backwards, I went right instead of left, and I was doing so I noticed the guy at the counter giving me the suspicious eye like he thought I was there to shoplift. I made my way around the store and saw him periodically eyeballing me as I looked. I mean a guy in a Hoodie looks suspicious right? So I quickly found some items I wanted, looked the whole store over, paid for my items, you know because I'm not a thief and left. I don't think I'll be going back for awhile because of this. If you've had problems with theft invest in security cameras.

I have to agree with others about the purse policy. It’s one thing to ask people to do it but to make people feel like they are discriminating against you is something else. They seem to pick and choose who they make follow the rules. When I mentioned it to the man he said well we can’t catch everyone coming in then I watched him walk right past a woman who had a larger purse than mine and said nothing to her. Several others had their purses. Only antique shop around the Johnson County area that has treated me that way and it’s not good business.

I've been here several times in the past and have always enjoyed visiting and looking at items. I was very disappointed with the new policy of making people lock up their purses. As a small business owner I can't conceive of treating my customers as criminals. Clearly I'm not the only person who feels this way, which is obvious by how many negative reviews there are. Needless to say there are many other antique make I can take my business to that won't act like I'm there just to case the joint. I turned and walked out. Obviously they don't need my business.

This place is an absolute gem. I could get lost for hours looking at all the treasures. I love that each vendor has their own little "nook" and they decorate them as various rooms in a house. I also appreciate the new policy of locking up purses and bags in individual lockers while you shop, as a security to deter theft. I highly recommend visiting.

I’ve been going here for years, and this place is fantastic! Truly a wonderful variety of things is available, so there’s something for everyone. And it’s big! Plan to spend a hour or two at least if you want to see everything. Staff is super chill—always ready to help you if you need it, but otherwise they just let you shop in peace. They now have lockers for purses and backpacks, and while it’s intended to stop shoplifters, it’s actually really nice to be able to stow your bag in a safe place and not have to lug it around the store.

I took several antique items to sell. I did not have the time to check out the value. I took pictures and checked prices. I told the buyer I would see if I could trust him. The answer is NO do not trust them to give you more than 5-10% of value. The buyer had a terrible attitude also. If I could give them an F I would. Pictures of Items…paid $60 dollars…you be the judge…

Ended up being a disappointing place to do business. They have posted signs in the store that say “20% off entire store except items marked firm”. So we shopped and picked out a cpl of items. My husband was paying at the counter and noticed they didn’t discount our items. They lady said they weren’t doing the sale and made him take her to where the sign was. The sign was there. She still refused to discount our purchases. She said the sign should have already been taken down. If the sign is posted, she should have honored it and taken the sign down herself. Very disappointing. 12/11/19: I opened my wrapped Pyrex today and took off the white tape that the seller placed on the piece. As you can see, the entire edge of one side of the lid is gone. Completely broken away and gone. The price tag on it said nothing about it being completely damaged. We traveled to KC yesterday for MRI’s and neuro-oncology appointments, and it would take 4 1/2 hours to drive there and back home again to return the piece. If I had known about the damage, I wouldn’t have purchased it as I could find an undamaged piece elsewhere.
