Not a bad place to work! Im hearing impaired, and couldn't hear well enough (in my opinion) - even though it's relatively quiet, compared to other factories, so decided to skedaddle.

Very unorganized, poor management, no good training or if your friend or friends work there. Work life and home life is not balanced. If you're a good worker you will carry the lazy people that been working there for a long time. The whole plant is run without no supervision other than a plant manger and HR on days.

Easy drop and hook yard. A little tight but manageable for backing on the docks for live unloads/ loads. Overnight parking

11:00 appointment got there at 10:36. Empty at 14:14 when I worked in factory’s no driver waited more than an hour to be unloaded, but This place took their sweet, slow-assed time getting me unloaded.
