We stayed here a couple of weeks before heading south for the winter. They have electric and water hookups only. They only have one dump station, so it can get backed up with people leaving at the same time. The sites and hookups can be a little confusing and far from the site. Make sure you have extra cords and water hoses. The shower house and showers can be a little sketchy. Some sites are somewhat level, while some can be really bad. Most of the sites do have firepits and picnic tables. You are within walking distance to a couple of bars that serve food. It does have a nice beach for swimming.
Wonderfully long sandy beach with a very gently slope in the water. Even young children can venture out a ways before the water gets deep. Lots of children's playground equipment set up in 2 parts for young children and those a bit older. Gaga ball pit, foosball table. Nice store for snacks, drinks burgers, a few supplies. A full size teepee is set up. Boating docks with canoe /kayak rentals. Campsites. Numerous bathrooms. Picnic benches & grills. Shaded areas. Pavilions including an inside one to rent for groups, weddings... Good access for those in wheelchairs. Sturdy docks. Beaches and grounds are well maintained.
Nice park and beach! The beach was combed nicely and despite it being late in the season, the water wasn't too ridden with plants. The swimming area was a good size and a nice slope out to deeper water makes it great for everyone. The beach was pretty clean and lots of small snail shells to find :)
I loved the vibes there. Coming from Texas I did not expect to get such cool vibes here! But I loved the beach, kids park, the swings, and the overall environment. Definitely going back again!
I give this park three stars because the staff is super friendly and accommodating.
This park is not "hook up" friendly. The electric posts are too far away from the pads. Over half of our rig had to be off the pad just to reach the electric post. Thankfully our electric plug is at the end of our rig and we have a long cord. AND we have a fifty foot cord.
The new baby trees they planted are not in good places. Whoever planted them was not considering people parking and getting to the power boxes and rigs with slides.
These two things made our setup a mess and a huge headache.
The showers are FILTHY dungeons. They need some attention. I am ok with older facilities, but they can still be clean.
Do yourself a favor and visit with the management and work out a great spot that will accommodate your plugs on your camper based on your needs.
It was the first time my family and I went, and it was amazing. Since we are from California, we assumed the water would be cold, but it was nice and warm it not deep. My kids loved it because they got to play without having any fears of drowning. I highly recommend it. Great for family vacations.
Stayed here for 3 days. 9/22-9/24. Nice sites. Easy access. Everything was neat and orderly. The only problem had nothing to do with the campground directly. Inconsiderate people walking through the sites that people were using. Us. I know it is an unwritten rule, but come on folks. Have some common sense. Other than that everything was great.
Nice park amazing view.. my only concern is we were swimming and something bite my husband look like a fish not even 30 min later a group of kids ran out the water saying he got bite by something .. that is pretty scary there’s kids all over and we weren’t even that far into the water.. I’m wondering if it has happened before and no one has said anything. Pretty alarming!
The cheese curds were the best and we enjoyed the dirty fries too. The "hot dry rub," choice for the wings is super spicy. Be warned, it's
"mega hot," not normal "hot." We'll be back to try the burgers, and we did notice that they have Guinness on
We sat at the bar. Had the Beer Flight- Great beer! Full bar. Tasty Bloody Marys. Saturday and the place was jumping! One of the Stubborn Brothers IRL walking around, helping, greeting. Real nice. We had the French Onion soup, Beer Cheese soup, Steak
My first time here and it was a very pleasant experience. All the workers were in a good mood and seemed to be enjoying their day. A lot of open space, so while having a very cozy and comfortable feel, it doesn't feel cramped. A lot of beautiful loca
We've nothing but positive experience serving campers at Pine Grove. The owners and staff have been great to work with as well as they understand the need and essential work we provide in helping to keep sites clean.
The Pad is known for its burgers and for good reason. The burgers are big and beefy (1/2 pound) with a soft, fresh baked, bun. My burger was a bit over done, however. They don't ask how you want it cooked, but next time I'll be sure to ask for med
Best Chicken in the area. Stuffing, corn, bun, mashed and gravy.
Great burgers and sandwiches. Especially the Philly.
The new Mac and Cheese bowls and Ham & Cheese BLT are great additions.
Huge wings. Try the Jamaican Jerk.

Our first time at this supper club gem. WOW! It was old school supper club with a modern touch. The staff was so kind and friendly and fun. The salad bar was delicious! We had prime rib and their special chicken dish-- loved it! Highly recommend the
The Lighthouse Bar and Grill serves bar food, including the ever popular Wisconsin, Friday, fish fry. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. They also feature a sizable lake front patio with boat parking and their own boat landing. The p
