We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a clean environment with friendly staff and great service. We decided to extend our stay with no problems, very accommodating. Major plus was free parking, I can’t stress that enough. We utilized the saunas and pool area, it was always clean and stocked. The robes and slippers were the best part, so warm and fuzzy. This was the perfect size hotel, not too big and not too small, never overwhelming busy for us. The lobby was always lively and other guests were friendly, it was nice to see for a change. Again, worth the rate we got it for. Great vibes all around.

Incredibly close to Microsoft and Google campuses, this hotel had a very upscale feel and welcoming, polite staff. Check in was very quick and thankfully parking was free.
Considering the lobby, I was looking forward to the room but I was a little disappointed to find that it was pretty basic. It had laminate floor which I'm not a huge fan of (at least being non-carpet) unless I'm in a tropical location and the TV was frustratingly only usable if you attach your phone to it. This was really irritating.
Bed was at least comfortable and room was clean which are probably the most important parts.
I felt like I got bait-and-switched here. This is in no way a 5-star hotel. The amenities were pretty basic and what you'd expect out of a 3-star place. There is no complimentary breakfast, and even the paid breakfast is super basic, just some sandwiches. There is only instant coffee in the rooms. The selection of toiletries was somewhat disappointing - everything is sandalwood & leather scented, which does not appeal to everyone. Overall I'm pretty disappointed.
The location is decent, the rooms are comfortable (if not pretty basic), and the price is reasonable, which is why I give it 3 stars.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They are in the business of scamming people rather than providing service to the customers. Rude and arrogant front desk staff. Also, please beware if you're traveling for work and booking it under the assumption of a 5 star property from your work portal. It is at best a 2 star property and offers nothing more than a motel. Both the room as well as bathroom were super dirty.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, with free parking, sauna, gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The rooms are reasonably sized, with double beds that are very large and can comfortably sleep two people in each bed. The level of technology is high, with rooms equipped with Apple TV. However, the downside is the lack of storage space in the rooms. The bathroom walls are bare, without a towel rack, forcing us to place used towels on the bath floor. The writing desk lacks drawers, requiring all tools to be kept on the desk, which makes the room demanding to stay tidy. The service is excellent, showing a high level of training. I would come back again. Another thing is the hotel price is unstable; be sure to check the price at the last minute, as you can see a big difference from the previous. Good luck.
Positive: It?s a great property. The rooms are nice. Cute bar area. Negative: The hotel staff seemed like they needed more training. Bathroom sink counter is exceptionally small. There was only one repair man for the entire hotel.
I should start by saying that I managed to get these rooms heavily discounted. The usual price seemingly reached $250+, and I managed to get it for $86 a night.
With that being said... it was okay. The room was clean. There was a hair dryer, an iron... the usual accessories. The air conditioning, however, does not go below 67F/19.45C. Even though you can set it to 40F. The room, in my opinion, can get a little warm. Too warm. I was lying in bed, getting a little sweaty and irritated. I asked the concierge, and they said it does not go below 67F. "Sorry."
It's probably not a big issue for some, but for myself, it was.
There was a sauna and a steam room, I managed to use both, and they did their job.
The pool, however, is quite small and wouldn't accommodate many. No one often used it during my trip, but if it was busy, I could see you not being able to use it... plus, it had sediment at the bottom and was definitely lacking in the hygiene area. My eyes didn't sting when I opened my eyes, so I would say there probably wasn't any solution cleaning it.
In my short window frame of the jacuzzi being free from other guests... it sadly stopped working. So, I had a small visit to a slightly warm, oversized bathtub. It was fixed an hour later, but it was too late for me.
The app is very user-friendly, and I'd suggest giving it a download. You can request essentials to be bought to your room, which is great for those who might not like talking on the phone or in person.
For $86, I could have stayed in worse places, but I've also stayed in slightly better places. For that reason, I've given 3 stars.
