Super responsive and helpful. The printer in my class had not been serviced in a long time and the number to call for service had rubbed off the sticker. I called the number for the local office and they were able to provide me with the exact number to call for my account and how to request service. I was expecting service to take at least a week but the technician came out to the school the next day. Mind you, I called on a Thursday, the technician came out the next day and informed me of what needed to be done after he inspected the printer. Tuesday came and the same technician came and performed the repair. Would highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Up Date 10-06-2023: Once again I received excellent service on my copier. Service technician came out the day I called and reported the problem. Found out what parts my machine needed, ordered them, and came back a few days later when thy came in and installed them. The machine works like a new one now. I highly recommend Sharp.
I appreciate the speed in which my copier repair needs are met. After reporting an issue, a repairman is usually in my office within a few hours to 24 hours at the most. Most of my issues have been resolved with just one visit and the machine is working like new again.
The issue with my printer was resolved efficiently and effectively. The technician identified himself upon entering my office and stated what he was here for. He was quiet and completed his task. Once done, he asked me to test the printer to make sure it was running as needed.
