Top notch friendly service from our waitress Jaclene. Thank you. Good sourdough patty melt and amazing pies!!!! Hungry and needed a little snack, this place worked perfectly to fill our bellies. Being patient helps here. They have a few people working hard to feed everyone. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.
It is a wonderful restaurant with great tasting food and fantastic service. Shari's is something I haven't experienced before as I'm from Florida, and there aren't any over there. All that being said, the experience wasn't perfect. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was horrible. There's homeless people coming in and out. I guess with Portland's culture of politeness, they don't want to be mean to the people. So they try to shoo them off in the most polite way possible. With that, they don't bother cleaning up outside because 5 seconds later, someone will come and throw trash on the grounds. The minimal upkeep, like pressure washing the sidewalk and raking or doing some sort of maintenance on the grass, is not done. I've been here 3 times and love the food, but the place is almost always empty of customers. If I were to guess, I'd say that they are on the hook for the remaining term of a lease. Once the lease has expired, this place will probably close because Steveie Wonder can see it's not profitable. They don't want to close and still be contractually obligated. Of course, this is all assumptions on my part.
I Walked in at 11:45 am. Just 1, me. Ordered at 11:50. Since I was sat at the booth closer to the kitchen I heard the cook tell the server “order up”. I saw my order on the window for about 8 minutes before it was Brought to me. Received food at 12:40. Toast was very hard, I assume it’s because it sat on the window for too long. Ordered stuffed hash-browns with only light cheese no sour cream or bacon and it was full of cheese to the point I couldn’t taste the potato. Had to get up and go ask my server for butter, server was Trey. When asked for a box to go eat at home, found a black thing in my food. Wouldn’t go back. Staff is Not attentive and doesn’t check in with their customers. Charged $15.49, worst money spent.
They allow the bums to sit in the parking lot, so your car doesn’t feel safe, asked to be seated by the window so I could see my vehicle. He said he wasn’t doing it. They screwed up my order, and when they brought it back, they use stuff from the last plate I was given, terrible service, terrible area to be in, just terrible
Okay... So this was the absolute worst dining experience I've had in a loooong time. Waited forever for coffee and water, my server was sweet but had extremely dirty nails which made me feel very uncommon and grossed out. The food was lack luster and then she kind of rushed me and my partner out so she could clock out and go home... I'm good on Shari's
*Edit The night after I ate here I woke up with screaming um... Desire to use the bathroom and didn't want to be too far away for the next two days. Maybe steer clear of the burger. *2nd edit* I ate the leftovers of my wife's grilled cheese with ham after finally getting my bowels under control from the first run in and it all happened again. I spent the whole next night and day in the bathroom for the 2nd time in a week span. Dang. Guess I won't be eating anything but the breakfast there again. *Original review* Pretty good food, the burger was on the drier side and also it was quite large. I should have just gotten a single! They are not making shakes now, unfortunately, because their machine is broken. The wait staff was wonderful, everyone was bright and cheery for being there around 8pm. The physical location was a bit seedy, but inside was still nice. Would go again!
The food was a lot better than I expected. Great sandwiches, good pie, and my steak, thought slightly undercooked, was really well-seasoned. Comfortable setting and nice for just hanging out.

Wow, just wow. Ended up here on a whim when I had some extra time for breakfast. First, FREE PARKING in NW is amazing. Second - I ordered the Eggs Benny and I am a particular eater...but the food that came out was UNBELIEVABLE. The potatoes were
I love this spot. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Portland. The staff is always kind, and friendly. And the tunes are always on point. Pro tip: ask for sugar crunchies on your capp. You wonât regret it!
Lexie is everything youâd want in a trainer. Smart, funny, and down to earth, but also tough enough to keep you motivated. Iâve been working with her for a year and a half and Iâve made significant progress in terms of strength and mobility. Iâ

Awesome facility and located 5 minutes away. It was easy to find, although I wish it had a Risio sign outside. Their website was nice to navigate through and book a drop in session. Margaret the owner communicates and follows through and she looks li
