Shari's Cafe and Pies - Family restaurant in Nampa - 1807 Caldwell Blvd, USA

I have to have Gluten Free and I usually go here to get the pancakes; but this time they didn’t have any. The issue was that they didn’t tell me they didn’t have the gluten free pancakes until 20 minutes later; about the time they were suppose to bring the meal. If they would have told me immediately, I could have went somewhere else to eat. I will not go back. It wasn’t even our waitress. The other waitress must have been scared to tell us. I have been here before and they have told me immediately they have not had the gluten free. I can’t keep going back if they are inconsistent.

I would be happy to write a 5-star review of Shari's Restaurant! Shari's Restaurant is hands down one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which only set the tone for the rest of the meal. The decor was lovely, with comfortable seating and a clean, well-lit environment. The menu was diverse and had something for everyone, from classic breakfast dishes to hearty sandwiches and salads. I especially loved the selection of pies, which were baked fresh daily and were absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous and everything I tried was cooked to perfection. The staff at Shari's Restaurant were exceptional, providing top-notch service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. They were also attentive and ensured that I had everything I needed throughout the meal, without being intrusive. The prices were reasonable and fair for the quality of the food and service provided. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Shari's Restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming and comfortable environment. I will definitely be returning soon!

It was Christmas eve and nothing else was open. Stopped in to have some coffee and pie after seeing downtown lights. Party of 4 waited around 45 minutes for a table. We really didn't mind waiting, where else were we going? Finally someone sees us to a table. Waitress couldn't be any nicer, she made our time there seem fun! Coffee was really tasty. Good. Dutch apple pie was really good. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you, we'll be back. Merry Christmas

We went to eat after the movie Killer of The Flower Moon. It was somber mood for us but. Sharis was great service, nice surroundings and good food. I choose a Denver omelette hash browns and an English muffin. It was very tasty. I took a picture of their famous pies as we left. They looked delicious.

Facility large clean with many seats. Large menu and variety of prices. Wifi not great but okay. Coffee $2.99. Staff friendly and cordial. Bathroom clean but very small. Military discount just for individuals - active or veteran. No breakfast, Lunch or Dinner entree under $10.00. On the "Smaller plate menu" a couple items under $10.00. Many fresh pies - slices at $3.99 or $4.99. Both my wife and enjoyed our breakfast meal. Menu photos as of May 2023.

Called to ask what type of pies they had. Was told they had too many to list over the phone. Drove all the way to them, to be told they didn't have the smores one. They had five pies available. Apparently too many to tell me..... Great customer service!

Sadly I would give no stars if I could. We were seated quickly by the hostess, she also took our drink order and delivered them quickly. After waiting for 25 plus minutes and still no server (no one talked to us or took our order) we paid for our drinks and left. Very disappointing.

So, the food portion has gotten significantly smaller. I got a total of 7 actual fries with my order of fries. The service was ok. The waitresses were very nice and received a decent tip. The atmosphere was that of a Sheri's however the restrooms were some of the dirtiest I've ever been in. Overall, I'm disappointed and I don't think I'll ever go back to this location.
