I’ve been a dancer most of my life so a daily workout routine is very important to me— very happy i chose Shapes as my gym. such a comfortable environment, staff is so helpful & offers one on one attention with every member. I love this gym !

Let me say I love my gym. I have been there since I moved into the area since 2016. I feel at home, I know everyone personally the staff has not changed since, the owners care about you, the kid daycare is included no additional fees, my kiddos loves shapes just as much as me. I highly recommend if you are looking for an awesome gym and wonderful staff who truly appreciate you.

I have frequented two other Ocala gyms and besides Shapes being closer to my home it is so clean and offers so many different classes. I like that I am not feeling like others are watching or judging me. They have all the equipment anyone could want. I a.m very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and the staff. Oh and restrooms and showers always clean and stocked.

I am loving this gym! The people and the workers are very nice and I enjoy being here. I am attending dance and workout classes and I am having a lot of fun with the workout routines. Had a small issue with the gym but I was able to speak to management and they handled it in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend Shapes Fitness! The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciate Amy at the front desk, who is always happy to help and communicate. Collene, one of the coaches, is also great. She is knowledgeable and motivating, and she helps me to reach my fitness goals. I also enjoy the swim classes, which are taught by Claire, an awesome swim instructor. Overall, I am very happy with Shapes Fitness and I would definitely recommend it to others.

My Mom has been coming to Shape for over 5 years. I started working out at Shapes in 2021. After my past experiences in co-ed gyms, I was very hopeful about it being Women’s only. I was incredibly insecure and anxious about myself, and interacting with others. To my surprise everyone, the Staff and Members, are so welcoming and friendly. It was a complete 180 from the other big name co-ed gyms. After working out there for a year, making great progress, and gaining confidence… I applied to work there as an ambassador! It is so much fun and fulfilling working at place that empowers and uplifts women. Helping out other women that had a similar mindset about fitness and themselves, joining them on their journey, and creating a healthier and happier mindset.

I enjoy Shapes Fitness of Brandon because everything is geared towards women. I feel more comfortable in a women’s only gym and like the fact that it is very welcoming of all types of women. I’ve had my membership for about a year and a half and am really enjoying it!

I absolutely love this gym! Shapes is a warm and friendly community of staff and members. The staff is wonderful and always available to help and give support whatever your fitness level. The members encourage and support each other along the way. All the classes that I have attended have been fun but also give a good workout. Special thanks to Ann, Tajuana and Colleen for the encouragement and support to try new classes. Life is good at Shapes!
