Large open fields for sports or playing Frisbee with the doggo. Tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, football field. Big playground for children of all ages. Enclosed bathrooms for male & female that include individual privacy stalls. Plenty of short trails for the attention deficit. Something for everyone!
Nice playground, has restrooms, soccer fields, trails for walking and riding bikes.
My kids live this Park! When we go to dream park it's insanely busy and super packed most of the time and before we get out of the car my kids will say no way, let's go to Shane Park. It's peaceful and their are deer and rabbits and lots of room. Plus there isn't a lot of people there. There is also a baseball field and a place for soccer. My son loves to skateboard and enjoys the hills. It's the perfect place for my family. Not to mention the bathrooms are clean and they have a picnic table and benches for the adults.
Right now the playground park is under construction so it's not available to play at right now. They are working on putting a new ground layment as the tiles were shrinking and could cause tripping. There are two baseball fields, and big open grass fields and a walking path still open to use. Bathrooms are accessible but not as clean.
Big open grass areas - fun playground for kiddos
Fun place for kids and there's a convenient bathroom also.
Great playground for kids and the main trails are decent just stay off the little off shoots. Theres homeless encampments. The two i saw looked abandoned but i did find a box of needles so dont let your littles venture off. This is basically most parks nowdays just the world we live in now.
Wonderful place for an outing with your dog with unparalleled views of the Port Angeles harbour, the Olympic Mountains , Hurricane Ridge and the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Victoria BC across the Strait. Not to mention the bird watching and possibili
Varied playground- some slides, some swings, some percussion instruments, monkey bars⦠thereâs a small lawn next to the play area and some seating for the adults. No shade, no restrooms. Good to pass an hour before the ferry leaves!
Iâm not sure of the boundaries of this park but we parked at the end of Salt Air street (there are a few parking spots). It was a gorgeous rock and kelp-filled beach. We saw bald Eagles and views of Canada.
A very calm place to walk. I just stumbled upon this park as I was walking back from town and headed back to the Red Lion Hotel where I was staying. The 9/11 Memorial Park in Port Angeles, Washington, offers a serene escape from the bustling surround
It's right down the road from where we live and my kids love coming here to play, have picnics and look at the beautiful view of the water, mill and middle section of Ediz Hook but the water more than anything. Especially on the gorgeous sunny days w
