People bashing the owners is absolutely nonsense. The entire family and staff memeber, Jackie, are really extremely kind. Sure, they come off a certain way, but I can assure you and can atest to it being culturally different. I had an extended stay with my wife and 8 year old son. They were so kind to my son every time they saw him. They would provide anything needed to keep the rooms tidy and would wash towels, sheets, and blankets without a fuss anytime we'd ask.

This modest motel was clean and comfy. The room (107) was spacious and beds very comfortable. My two negative comments is that there was not a large wastebasket just a small one in the bathroom. The sink/vanity was upgraded but not practical. Too high, limited space for toiletries. Faucet spout too close to bowl of sink making it difficult to wash and rinse face/mouth/hands. This is a design flaw not necessarily the fault of the motel.

Woah!!! So my friend stayed here the other day and I dropped by for a quick visit. Cost her $80.00 for one night. No phone, TV didn’t work, AC unit had mold all over it, floors needed to be mopped badly, and the bathroom was in need of some serious help too. I didn’t take any photos because it was her room, but please please take my word on this one folks, NO!!! OMG NOOOO!!!

Bed was very comfortable . It was cheap and old. Overall, the room wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be when I pulled into the parking lot. Service wasn't very friendly at all.

We stayed here two nights on Memorial Weekend. Room was clean, check in/out was easy, staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable. Yes, the building is old and it is definitely a "no frills " hotel. But hey, if you want mineral water from room service and a mint on your pillow go spend $150 a night somewhere else. This place was clean, quiet, safe and affordable. I have no complaints. I would stay here again.

Well... The bed was comfortable. Overall it wasn't bad for the price. But it was cheap. It was fairly clean but the shower had some nasty buildup. At ten till checkout they came and knocked on the door like they were in a hurry to get us out so we felt rushed. The coffee machine had some issues and leaked everywhere but that may have been user error, I'm not sure. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but for how cheap it was I guess I got my money's worth.

I would not have selected this hotel but the racing season at the horse track had caused a fill up of most of the hotels I usually use for my business trips. When I arrived and opened my room door, I was totally surprised. The room was very spacious and clean. I had a working coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. It was quiet at night. Best of all it was cost effective and close to dining opportunities.
