Food is great. Love the burgers. I had shack burger with regular dressing with no cheese. And fries with mango dragonfruit lemonade. Fries was good not greasy. The buns were too thin/ small the not so regular kinda buns. Love the ambiance. Staff were not so pleasant as i thought. They need to be alive and enthusiasts. Address customers to be welcomed. They need to smile.
It's probably the best burger I've had in a couple of years. Everything was perfect, fresh, and amazingly tasty. The chicken was cooked perfectly, seasoned just right, and the oil it was fried in tasted super fresh. The employees were great, super friendly, and helpful. I could not have been any happier. 100 percent will be back.
Are they kissing me? THIS constitutes lettuce on a bacon cheese burger? Unfortunately I took the meal to go and didn’t notice until I was over 10 minutes away or I would have gone back and gotten a refund. Literally I wonder if this is some kind of bad joke at my expense. So if you want lettuce on your burger, don’t go to the Shake Shack in Westlake Village!
The burger was perfection—juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a burst of fresh and amazing flavors. Pairing it with their shakes elevated the experience; creamy and indulgent, they complemented the savory goodness of the burger. The burgers and the delightful shakes make this place a must.
Great burgers, indoor and outdoor space, clean, manager came over several times and asked how everything was, if we need anything, great service, easy to order, and usually is plenty of parking in the center.
What I appreciate the most is that a lot of the employees are super polite and they seem to be happy to be there. They always go the extra mile to provide great service!
This was my second visit to this location and it confirmed for me that it's just an average fast food place, with an above average cost
The novel experience of ordering from an iPad, and having almost zero employee contact, has its advantages and disadvantages. The food is tasty but not as flavorful or satisfying as burgers I've had from The Habit or In-&-Out, but it wasn't bad either, just average.
For 2:30pm on a Sunday many of the tables were not cleaned and there were 5 tables full of teenagers, who all had a dissatisfied look as if one of their parents had just walked in unannounced to the secret club house.
LoL, I am old enough to be someone's parent, but I was getting some serious children of the corn vibes, just don't hold that against the restaurant.
Overall it was a medium experience at an over priced fast food joint that you can incidentally buy a beer from.
Walked right in and ordered from the kiosk near the entrance, picked a number, found a seat, got my food relatively fast and enjoyed the best Korean bbq burger I’ve ever had accompanied by the best spicy Korean bbq fries. If you like good food, you will love this place.

Awesome location central to Thousand Oaks and good places to eat. Plenty of parking in the back.
Love the interior space! It's so open and spacious with a very personal touch (none of that corporate/franchise vibe)... I felt comfortable as soon as I
