Surprisingly good global burger chain. Diner style thin patties have crispy edges and great texture. I had a spacy burger with fries onions and peppers. Highly recommend doubling up on the patty if you're hungry. Fries are good.

We used to eat here more often, so it’s more disappointing and sad about the food. Our food was ok when unpacking the pickup bag, but the shroom burger was very rubbery, and the cheese fries barely had any cheese. That wasn’t really that bad though to be honest. The grilled cheese though was what prompted this review. It was completely flattened, packed under everything, like a pancake, and the cheese was badly burnt, and all came out. We threw it out and did even give it to our child. Not to be overly dramatic, was just disappointed. I hope they improve on this in the future and bring it back to the great food we used to love and enjoy. Shakes were great though!

It's a cool restaurant, the prices are a little high for what you get. The new Korean Flavor is good. Service is okay, they didn't check my order forgot a shake, waited 9 to 12 minute for my missing shake to only get the wrong shake. I lost so much time just took it and wanted to get out. No real apology for the mistake nor the time it took to get a replacement. Probably wouldn't do this location again

The famous NY burger chain… Service & ambiance- Very clean and neat space. Service is very good. Food- We have had multiple dishes here Chick shack - very good, love the crispy chicken breast. Just the slaw is a bit off sometimes. It’s dry sometimes and sometimes it is too much. Cheese fries - love these delicious cheesy fries All shakes and custards - all shakes and custard flavors are good. It’s just too sweet. Everything is good I just feel this place is overpriced.

I stopped here due to behaving a 2 hr ride home to South NJ. I found this place amusing. I was craving a strawberry milkshake. They sell burgers sandwiches, hotdogs, fries shakes, and other drinks. I find the place big with a big parking lot. They have a Kiosk for you to order, take a number and sit down. You can also order at the counter, which I did for to go. They have restrooms for male and female, woman’s bathroom has a baby changing table. It’s a shame I live too far from here my kids would love this.

Great burgers! This was my first time at a Shake Shack and I have to say that I am impressed. I'm from California so obviously I am comparing this to In N Out. I would say the burgers here are more artisanal and the cheese flavor has a great depth to it. I ordered a double burger and it was VERY filling and rich in fats. Fries were the large wavy steak type which were soft but the outside was relatively crispy. I personally like well done crispy fries but these were okay. I just need to order a soda next time to cut back on the grease. The facility looked upscale and was very clean. Overall great meal except I wish their burgers automatically came with onions and pickles.

Very nice set up in the store. When I walked in I was greeted welcome to shake shack! the menu was clear and visible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff recommend some options for a newbie. The food came out pretty quick, hot, and fresh. Couldn’t be happier trying this location definitely recommend it!

Fries is salty. Burger Tastes good. But I got a burnt hotdog last time when my son was about to east at home.
