This is my first time ordering from shake shack. I’m disappointed. I got 2 sad looking burgers. One had a tiny piece of wilted lettuce. The other one is a sad tiny $9 burger with barely any toppings. I also asked for extra sauce on the side which was noted in the receipt but I did not get it. Not worth your money. Not retuning.
Staff for friendly the food was good, unfortunately the meat that I had was pink on the inside, so I walked to the front and they quickly made me another I swallowed that burger 🍔 back real quick and it was awesome. We ordered the spicy cheesy fries but they forgot the cheese sauce 🧀 so it was just sprinkles of hot 🔥 powder. That kind of sucked but we were so hungry we just ate. I really wanted the veggie burger but it was sold out, oh well next time. My boy love chicken strips and 🍟 fries, but they had chicken 🐔 bites which were way better, first time he ate all of them, which was great. So for except a few minor issues, the overall experience was good and they acted quickly on our requests for new burger, 🍔 can't ask for more. I don't expect perfection there are situations for mistakes for me the question is how they handle them and they did well. For 🅿️ parking, you can park underground and keep your receipt 🧾 and then when you walk into the front door there's a barcode scanner that you can validate your parking with. Save a few bucks, with a pharmacy right next door it would have been convenient to buy some peptol if that pink meat affected me I guess they thought about all the angles....
Not good. They were out of the non-dairy milkshakes. The fries were room temperature. The chicken burger was salty. It was way overpriced! $38 for two small bugers, fries, and one drink. Why did the kiosk ask me for a tip? All they did was walk my food from the counter to my table 5 feet away. No napkins on the tray. Avoid this place.
Every Shake Shack I've visited has great food, and this was no exception. The fries were perfectly deep fried and salted, and the Shack Burger was grilled to the top quality level I've come to expect.
I had a strawberry milkshake to pack down the lunch and though their shakes are slightly thicker than I'd like, it tasted great.
My order was punctually brought out as service was prompt and the dining room was clean.
10/10
Shake Shack lives up to its reputation. Great smash burgers, fantastic shakes, the custard makes a BIG difference. Great family experience.
Had a little trouble with an order kiosk but they were quick to help. The food arrived quickly and it was an excellent, juicy burger with a soft, fresh bun. Better than Five Guys IMO. Way better buns and juicer beef. Not as sloppy. Excellent crinkle fries too. I love crinkle fries because they hold more ketchup.
What can I say, it’s shake shack. Delicious burgers, whenever I come I get the shack stack.
The whole area around the restaurant felt gentrified and extravagantly built up (I think there’s the google office near by) - they had a mini water park with free towels for anyone to use.
Overall a good place for a shake shack.
Went for a quick bite and i don’t really see what all the hype is about Shake Shack. It tasted like Dick’s Burgers but twice the price, the burger are the same size too. Chocolate Shake was bitter and not worth even having. The other drink was really good so order something like that. I mean the burgers and fries weren’t bad they tasted good, I just expected a lot more. It took us over ten minutes for a table to free up and another five minutes before someone came and wiped off the dirty table. She was nice and asked us if we wanted to take a survey but no, just wanted the table clean so we could eat and go. I look at it this way, if I’m going to stand or sit in the car to eat I would rather go to Dick’s for a quick bite because I expect that’s how it is. I’ll go there, and try it again, I’m hoping it was just an off day with the service and choc shake.

Delicious! Loved the combination of flavours , texture and presentation.
Da Hilo Boy, Chicken kaarage plate were both great.
Fries were hot and crispy.
Service was great, welcoming and helpful.
Iâve signed up for memberships at the big box gyms starting off with enthusiasm and then slowly stop going. I would get bored of my routine and never felt like I knew what I was doing or what I should be working on. Then I joined Danâs gym at F3!
Nice facility with plenty of space for hitting pitching, fielding, and weights.
Thereâs even stuff to do if you decide to stay for a whole practice (pool, ping pong, video games, massage chair)
